    MusikerIn sucht Hallo meine Lieben, hier schreibt Paul (28). Ich habe schon für so manches Projekt geschrieben, gesungen und gespielt und nun mal wieder etwas Neues vor: Heute kam mir endlich die Idee für einen Rock-Song, der super das widerspiegelt, das ich klanglich als Nächstes darstellen möchte: "Einfach Lieb Zu Mir". Die Referenz findet sich unter dem nächsten Absatz. Mein Plan war es schon länger, eine so richtig authentische deutsche Rockband zu gründen. Tonal soll es in die Richtung von Nena gehen. Mir gefällt die Mischung aus rebellischem und intimen Klang. Nach dem Text im Klangbeispiel stelle ich mir einen Drop vor. Also ganz klassischer Beckenschlag mit Achteln in der Bassline. Nicht zu schnell, nicht zu langsam, mal laut, mal leise. Sprich in einer melodischen, dynamischen Metalband. Eine melodische, groovige Rockband mit Gitarre, Bass, Gesang und Schlagzeug, mit minimalistischen, melodischen und hochexplosivem Anspruch. So Metallica mäßig. Früher war ich ein großer Metallica-Fan. Damals war die triolische Double Bass im Lied "One" für mich unerreichbar. Heute nicht mehr. Until now we were 6 people: vocals, guitar, keys + back vocals, bass, sax, and drums. We started about a month ago with the idea of writing our own songs and playing gigs. Since we are still quite new as a group and had limited time before our first gig, we decided to start with cover songs first. We played our first gig on 22 May at Engelnest Spring Fest. The setlist was a bit mixed, mostly songs we like and enjoy playing rather than one very strict genre direction: Smooth Operator — Sade Paradise — Sade Aged Eyes — Alfa Mist Rock with You — Michael Jackson Bones — Crumb Yağmur Yağar Taş Üstüne — Şatellites Now we have a new opportunity to play at Prädival 2026, a small private festival in Brandenburg near Berlin, on 01.08. Unfortunately, our drummer just decided that he cannot continue with the band, and we have to accept or reject the gig by Monday, 08.06. That’s why we are looking for a drummer who could join us quite quickly. The plan would probably be to add a few more cover songs, and/or if there is enough time and the vibe fits, maybe also work on some original songs. Über die Jahre habe ich in verschiedenen Projekten gespielt und meinen Stil weiterentwickelt: treibende Riffs, tanzbare Grooves und Basslines, die nicht nur begleiten, vielleicht nicht immer hervorstechen müssen, aber dem Song dienen, damit der im Gedächtnis bleibt. Jetzt suche ich neue Musiker für spannende gemeinsame Projekte und frische Ideen. Einflüsse: Überwiegend Rockmusik der 90er und 2000er. Dabei sind insbesondere die Black Keys die Band, die mich mit ihrer und meiner musikalischen Entwicklung durchweg begleiten. Ich höre und spiele aber gerne auch mal Pop, Soul, Hip Hop, Elektro. Aber intuitiv fühle ich mich im weitesten Sinne des Rock-Genre am im eigenen Songwriting innerhalb einer Band am wohlsten.
