We all have day jobs, but would like to take this project seriously enough that we practice, gig and record. Hi We are 3 people between the ages of 38 and 49 who are forming a band right now but we are still looking for a decent lead guitarist to complete the setup. I would roughly describe the music we want to make as post punk/hardcore in the style of bands like defeater, turnstile, be well, shoreline, daggermouth, more than life, basement, title fight, just to name a few. First songs are already in progress and we all have 20+ years experience playing in a band. We are looking for someone who has experience, is reliable and has the same drive to make music as we do. Band is looking Hi everyone, We’re a new project looking for a guitarist. Right now we have drums, saxophone and bass. We’re open to different influences and genres, but we enjoy playing rock, post-punk, jazz and funk. We’re not professionals, but we’re aiming to make our own songs and play gigs in the future. For the time being we’re prioritizing having fun together and working on our song ideas to see where they go. We try to meet once a week, mostly on Monday evenings. 18-24 Band Fortgeschritten Wir sind eine Indie-Rock/Post-Punk Band und wurden im Juni 2023 von unseren beiden Frontfrauen, Jacquie und Arndis gegründet. Mittlerweile gehören noch unser Drummer Adrian und Gitarrist Liam dazu, wir brauchen aber noch einen Gitarristen und Bassisten, damit wir komplett sind. Wir haben seit Januar unsere beiden ersten Singles released und planen im Juli unsere EP-release, deswegen würden wir auch gerne anfangen uns auf Gigs vorzubereiten und am liebsten im Frühling schon welche spielen. Semi-Profi-Skills wären gut, kein Fulltimejob, aber eine zuverlässige Abendprobe pro Woche und 15-20 Gigs im Jahr und kleine Touren sollten drin sein.
