However I'm looking to go in a similar direction with heavy guitar and bass riffs, and loud and fast paced drums. I'm only looking for technically proficient players, as I have played electric guitar for 15 years now and would consider myself at an advanced level, so don't really want to waste my time with mediocre players. I'm looking for people who are highly motivated and want to do this professionally, so being 100% committed is a must. I also only want to work with friendly and easy going individuals, where we can all go grab a beer together after a rehearsal or gig and have a laugh together.     Lead Guitar needed to complete band

    Band is looking Looking for a lead guitarist (F would be great, but not a requirement) to complete our band (currently vocals, guitar, bass, drums). We are in our 30s and 40s and we play a combination of a variety of Rock-genres, a bit Alternative, a bit Post-Punk, a bit Shoegaze, it's hard to define. But all our songs are catchy, modern and have great hooks – it's very good stuff. We rehearse once a week in our rehearsal room. You don't need to be a super-fast solo player (we're not playing music that has such solos anyway), but you should be decently good with your instrument, have your own equipment, be able to create a diversity of sounds and also want to contribute creatively on new songs. To round it up we are looking for a bass player, who is interested in bringing their own ideas and add a layer to our sound.
