I am Astor 22 years old, started playing the piano when I was six and have now been playing bass for 5 years. At the moment I am applying to various universities to study music, but I rather would like to play in a band with other musicians again.

Swing-Pop Band retrospektiv aus Berlin
retrospektiv covern zeitgenössische Musik (Chart-Hits) und wandeln diese in Jazz- oder Swing-Pop Nummern um. Unser Repertoire umfasst teils Arrangements der Band Postmodern Jukebox und teils eigene Arrangements. Unser Hauptaugenmerk wird auf Eigenarrangements von deutschen Songs oder Songs deutscher Interpreten liegen. Als Trompeter/in kannst/sollst du dich dabei natürlich auch kreativ einbringen. Für jedes Eigenarrangement nehmen wir ein Musikvideo auf.
Neben der Produktion dieser Musikvideos möchten wir natürlich auch auf der Bühne stehen – nicht nur in Berlin, sondern im gesamten deutschsprachigen Raum. Den Anfang machten wir bereits mit unserer ersten kleinen Deutschlandtour 2018.
Musiker/in bei retrospektiv
Die Show von retrospektiv lebt von Abwechslung, die sich vor allem durch die Vielfalt der Sängerinnen und Sänger und deren Wechsel an den Mikrofonen zeigt. Aber auch wechselnde Besetzungen und eine Instrumentvielfalt soll vor allem den Musikvideos das gewisse Etwas verleihen.
Wir proben in Berlin/Karlshorst (U Tierpark) im wohl besten und größten Probenraum Berlins. Da wir projektorientiert proben, d.h. für Konzerte oder Videoaufnahmen, gibt es keine regelmäßigen Proben. Jeder studiert seine Parts selbst und natürlich auch in Registerproben (z.B. Rhythmusgruppe, Bläsergruppe, Sänger) ein. In den “großen” Proben werden dann die einzelnen Teile zusammengesetzt und an den Details geschliffen.
Eine professionelle technische Ausstattung ist vorhanden.

Hey ihr Lieben,
ich habe eine solide klassische Grundausbildung im Klavier. Neben Harmonielehre, Musikanalyse und -produktion habe ich mich etwas später für Jazz interessiert und habe in meiner Unizeit länger in einer Big Band gespielt. Am Klavier bin ich also recht frei und flexibel, nur etwas habe ich mich an Gitarre und Schlagzeug herangetraut und so langsam bin ich auch mit meinem Ableton-Setup zufrieden, kann also jetzt richtig loslegen;) Neu hier in Berlin, hier um auch musikalisch wieder was zu reißen, ich suche einfach nur Gleichgesinnte:

Ich habe während der Corona-Zeit ein paar meiner musikalischen Ideen arrangiert & würde die jetzt gerne interpretieren. Set-up ist ein kleines Swing-Ensemble, mit dem im Stile der 'neuen Zwanziger' eingängige Songs mit einem gewissen nostalgischen, hedonistischen Weltschmerz in lebhafter live-Atmosphäre gespielt werden. Als Sängerin stelle ich mir eine energetische, punkige weibliche Stimme vor -quasi mit pinken Haaren und Lindy-Hop-Pünktchenkleid : )

Ich singe schon seit 12 Jahre in Chöre und habe schon mal eine Band gehabt, aber musste leider aufhören wegen mein Umzug nach Berlin. In diese Band haben wir vor allem Pop und Rock lieder gecovert, aber auch selber Lieder geschrieben und wir haben aufgetreten, auf dem Radio gespielt und in einem Film gespielt. Ich habe bis jetzt vor allem klassische Musik gesungen, solo und im Chor, und pop und (indie) Rock gesungen, aber möchte gerne Jazz ausprobieren. Was mir auch sehr reizt ist Brasilianische Musik, da ich halb Brasilianerin bin. Ich spreche auch fließend Portugisisch.
