In aktiver Zeit mehrere Touren mit 10-köpfiger Percussion Band mit Bläsern, Bass & Gitarre („Die Elefanten“, u.a. mit Uli Moritz, Michael Rodach, Gebhardt Ullmann); Rock mit „The Crew“ (Tom Cunningham, Gustl Lütjens, Wolfgang Loos); Afro mit „Sangomar“ (mit den verstorbenen sengelalesischen Musikern Abdourahmane Gilbert Diop (Griotsänger) und Samba Sock) und diverse andere Formationen aus den Bereichen Jazz und Rock. Derzeit hobbymäßig mit der Deutschrockband „Mollshock“ aktiv. Einflüsse: Ich bewundere in Deutschland u.a. Anika Nilles, Benny Greb, Wolfgang Haffner und Jost Nickel. Das Spielen mit Ireal-Pro ist zwar ganz nett, in der Interaktion mit anderen Musikern kommt es aber zu einem völlig anderen kreativen Prozess. Außerdem muss man beim Begleiten doppelt so gut aufpassen, dass etwas Vernünftiges herauskommt. Bitte nur Notisten - oder Wes Montgomery ruft an. Ganz im Ernst, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen (wie Wes z.B) muss man sich das Jazz Handwerkszeug raufschaffen und viel üben, bis etwas dabei rauskommt, was stimmig klingt. Rumdudeln über irgendwelche Pentatoniken und Vamps ermüdet dann doch schnell. Einflüsse: Pat Metheny, Beatles, Bach, Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter usw. Eher kein Bebop.

ÜBER: Moin, ich (33) suche nach einer entspannten Band zum Jamen oder mit regelmäßigen Proben. Die Gitarre begleitet mich schon super lange, aber so richtig bin ich eigentlich erst in den letzten Jahren durchgestiegen. Ich konnte bereits eine Handvoll kleinere Bühnenerfahrungen machen und hab Lust auf mehr :) In meiner derzeitigen Jam-Band spielen wir eine Mischung aus Funk und Stoner. Ich würde auch gern weiter in die Richtung Stoner/Desert Rock gehen wollen. Dabei habe ich weniger Lust auf Rhythmusgitarre und mehr auf ein exploratives rumgefiedel.
