ÜBER:
I’m an international musician and live performer, active since 2010. I began my journey in Australia, playing in hostels and small independent venues, where I learned how to captivate a crowd with nothing but a guitar, a voice, and the moment we shared. My path continued through New Zealand, onto bigger stages and more ambitious shows, shaping my sound and artistic identity along the way.
Since moving to Europe, I’ve collaborated with multiple entertainment companies and performed across the continent — from clubs and theatres to private events and outdoor festivals. Beyond my live work, I’m also a composer and songwriter. My original music blends indie, folk, electronic textures and cinematic storytelling, creating soundscapes that evolve from intimate to explosive.
Currently, I work as a freelance performer for a European entertainment company, appearing at diverse venues and curated events, delivering both immersive experiences and high-energy shows.
Skills & Highlights
• Live performance: acoustic, electronic & hybrid sets
• Composition and arranging for live performance & media
• Guitar, keys, live electronics & loop-based setups
• Audio production, sound design & collaborative creation
• Strong stage presence, audience connection & improvisation
• Touring and technical coordination experience
My mission is simple: to share stories, move energy, and create moments people remember.
Einflüsse:
Need live music + original composition + flexibility? I’ve got you covered.
I’m an international performing musician and composer, blending the energy of live shows with the polish of studio production. With over a decade touring across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, I’ve performed in hostels, venues, festivals, and corporate events — mastering the art of connecting with audiences anywhere.
What I can do for you:
• ? Live Performances & Festivals – Solo, duo, or full band, acoustic or electronic. Perfect for concerts, corporate events, or festival stages.
• ? Events & Weddings – Creating unforgettable experiences with custom music tailored to your celebration.
• ? Custom Compositions & Arrangements – Original songs, cinematic scores, and music for videos, commercials, or theater projects.
• ? Digital Media Content – Livestreams, remote recording, DAW-based production, sound design, mixing, and editing.
• ? Professional & Versatile – I adapt across genres (indie, folk, electronic, cinematic), read the audience, and deliver high-quality results on time.
Whether you need a captivating festival set, bespoke music for a wedding, or engaging online content, I bring creativity, skill, and energy to every project. Let’s make something memorable — live or digital.

I love to play country songs, a big fan of Johnny Cash, I love the movie Crazy Heart and its soundtracks. I play acoustic guitar and sing, and am looking for a drummer and a lead guitarist.
I also like grunge, rock and alternatives, and I am thinking we could just do acoustic versions of these genres too. Starting from covers, we can go on, write songs, play gigs and just have fun!
I post songs on https://www.youtube.com/@mrdenizsimsek here. My Instagram handle is @denizthesimsek you can reach me there or here, however you like.

Hey Leute,
will mit 40 wieder inner Punkband spielen.

Hi all,
I'm Harm, a drummer and audio engineer, and I'm new to Berlin. I'm looking to connect with musicians, artists and studio engineers to create music together. I would love to jam, write or record, and I'm a big fan of music with an alternative sound. Alt-pop, alt-rock, folk/country with a twist, freaky electronic music, you name it. I currently play in a heavy psychedelic band and would like to expand my horizon! We can connect here, or on Instagram (@theharmiverse), I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers and hope to talk soon!

Singer Songwriter (folk/indie) looking for bandmates!
RockFolk / Acoustic
Hey there!
*I’m specifically looking for guitar(slide/lapsteel), backing vocals, banjo, drums, bass*
I’m 29 years old (male), have lots of band experience playing rock/psych stuff but want to get more serious with my solo stuff :) I’ve written several songs already, but would love to try them out and finalize the arrangement together with likeminded folks! My goal is to record the first singles in the beginning of 2026 and start playing shows along with it in Berlin and around. The style of the songs is folk/indie/country-ish, influences are: Waxahatchee, Big Thief, Caamp, Folk Bitch Trio, …
If you’re into that type of music and project hit me up!
Cheers
Robin

Band is looking
We want to explore other genres (e.g. emopunk, shoegaze punk, folk punk, punk rock) as well so you are warmly welcome to bring in your ideas. We have a rehearsing room already but are looking for an alternative as well. We have a singer, bassist and drummer so now we’re looking for youuuuu :)
PS: Band name yet to be decided so you can get creative with us!
(*English below*)
Hey!
FLINTA people welcome!

Hey! We're a Berlin-based duo (drums and guitar/vocals, m, 30 & 43) playing anti-folkish Emo with excursions into heavier, distorted territories (think a touch of sludge and shoegaze). Lyric-centered (German lyrics so far), thematically on the darker side. Occasional screaming – often not the melodic kind. Generally: Expression before perfection.
We’re looking for a kind, creative, and enthusiastic bassist. Gender and background don't matter – though it’d be nice _not_ to be an all-male band. FLINTA* folks warmly welcome!
Here’s a raw rehearsal recording (no screaming on this one): https://drive.google.com/file/d/17GrQJycNcfqha9uPC6R1kzAvKyaqOzMi/view
We’ve got songs written and ready to be arranged collaboratively. The plan is to play live, record, and do all the usual band stuff with heart and intent.
Would love to hear from you – tell us a bit about yourself!
Oh, and we released an album in 2023, though it’s quite different from the direction we’re heading now. Still, it gives a bit of context:

Drummer looking for musicians/band/artists in Berlin
RockBluesPopFunk / SoulFolk / Acoustic
Hey folks,
Drummer looking for musicians to form a band and already established bands/artists that are seeking drummer in Berlin.
Me and my fellow guitarist have around 30 songs done, ready to play live (he’s just writing stuff, not gonna be playing live). The vibe roams around Queens of the Stone Age, Soundgarden, Muse, Royal Blood. Tuning is mostly C Standard.
I’m looking for vocalist, 2 guitarists (if you also play a bit of keys that’s awesome) and bassist. It would be nice if you’re in your 20’s or early 30’s. If you don’t write music that’s fine, we have plenty of songs and more coming. If you want to contribute your ideas – that’s great, let’s do it.
I’m also looking for any bands and artists that need a drummer. I have studio and live experience (I like gigging a bit more though), usually playing rock music but also some funk, blues and pop. I have my own gear, but I have no place in Berlin to keep it.
My German is very basic but I’m sure I’ll manage :D
Cheers,
Mike

Hi, I'm a songwriter looking to connect with nerdy people who're into smth in between indie-folk and acoustic emo. Genre tags are weird, but
.. what I want is to keep playing acoustic guitar and sing, with you joining on any other instrument that would make it a band.
Please listen to a couple of examples of my songwriting. First, the arranged one to see where I'm going, and then another one to see how these songs are started on just an acoustic guitar.

I hope this resonates with someone here, and I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm very tired of singing at small open mics and strumming along to tame folk songs. Would really love to spice it up with a (blues) rock band and create something big and unforgettable. I just have one small problem: I haven't found the people with the right kind of fire yet. And so, thus far, it's just me: a girl with a vision. If you, like me, feel like you'd rather burn out than fade away, hit me up. Must fulfill the following requirements: 1) be skilled at your instrument 2) willing to put in time and effort 3) be between the age of 25-37 4) don't be an asshole. xoxo, Josephine (singer, 31)
Band is looking
Hi! We're a group of 6 musicians/singers meeting every couple of weeks playing folk/irish/celtic trad. We're currently accordion, violin, cello, guitars and vocals. It would be great if there are any other musicians out there that fancy joining for fairly informal jam sessions, esp. violin, concertina, flute, tin whistle/other wind, banjo, percussion. We play a mix of songs, and classic jigs/reels. We're mostly in our 30s and live around Kreuzberg/South/West Berlin. Open to all levels and ages.
Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a clarinet player to play some simple lines over a few songs..Also potentially start a band together. Genre: Folk, Alt Country, Tom Waitsy kind of vibe minus the voice.
Hit me up!
Alex
