    Band is looking Hello, we’re geistæ: a post-rock band; guitar/synth + drums/e-drums (non-binary person). We‘re searching for a synth/keyboard-player, preferably a she or they, who: - has an interest in post-rock (and open to adding new colours/directions to this genre) - is reliable/committed (rehearsal 2x per Week + Gigs - down the line record an Album) - bonus points if you can play other instruments which you could implement live too - also kool if you are interested in using your voice - has their own gear ready for Gigs/Rehearsal (amp/pedals/etc). We have a rehearsal room, where you could leave them. We recorded 3 songs for the first EP and are working on new songs, so we want someone who is ready to compose and record songs, and do live gigs. We like these bands as inspiration (but we want not to be limited to their styles): explosions in the sky, mogwai, battle of mice, sigur ros, russian circles, fjørt, etc...     Gut vernetzte und eingespielte Kapelle freut sich über Verstärkung an den Tasten. Die Band besteht schon lang, hat sich durch mehrere Besetzungswechsel neu erfunden und freut sich auf DEINE Einflüsse. Wichtig ist uns, dass du authentisch und zuverlässig bist. Wir wünschen uns eine neue Kollegin, die sich in unser Netz einfügt. Die Spaß an unserer Musik hat und in der Gruppe aufgeht. Backing Vocals und Mobilität sicher vorteilhaft, aber nicht Bedingung. Synthesizer ist vorhanden! Ausgestatteter Proberaum in Berlin-Stresow (S3, S9, Bus 130) vorhanden. Proben üblicherweise 1x wöchentlich. Normalerweise Freitag, aber recht flexibel. Wir spielen gern live, durchschnittlich etwa 5-10 mal im Jahr in Bars, auf Privatfeiern und kleinen Festivals. Überwiegend im ostdeutschen Raum (Berlin, Brandenburg, Sachsen, S‑Anhalt). Wir sind derzeit zu viert, unsere Musik lässt sich am ehesten unter Darkwave und Gothic Rock einordnen. Jeder gibt ein wenig von seiner Färbung dazu – so haben wir auch Einschläge etwa aus Punkrock, Ska, Jazz, Folk und ein wenig Metal. Eigenes Material, keine Cover. Bisher wurden vier CDs aufgenommen, eine EP sowie Videodreh sind für 2025 in Planung. Website und Social Media derzeit im Umbau. My own project is called Another Warm Autumn, you can check it out on Spotify and Instagram. For this I want to form a band consisting of three other people - Someone on drums, bass and synths. Joining another band I‘d be able to contribute mainly on guitar. I‘m not a technically advanced solo player, but more a rhythm oriented textural player. I‘d be open for many genres, be it Pop, Soul, Funk, jazz- or electronica-driven music. I have not studied something jazz-related, nor music in general at a Hochschule für Musik. I am self-taught, I also attented a Musik-Gymnasium and did a Musik-Abitur. My aspiration is a professional one, though I might not be professional in a classical sense.     Hi there! I'm looking for someone that plays the Keys - I have a regular slot on Sundays in a room in Moabit and would like to put some songs together there. Genre is psychedelic/rock/funky (open to mutations). In my ideal dream world I'd like to both mix the Doors organ sounds with some improvisation on keys but also cater the electro side - so some beats, abletonstyle elements etc to make it new and hip. Regarding the current situation: We have a very good drummer, but currently a bit limited timewise due to parenting. Bassist also there, Singer also in limited capacity. We have very good recording setup + materials, with mixing capabilities and home studios and our drummer beeing a pro sound engineer - so we can produce very good stuff. Currently I have some songs that need to be finished in home studio and could use keyboard - you could participate there. And in general the idea is to develop/arrange new pieces, and find a way to record them and perform them live - if you're good in putting together beats we could maybe survive for a while with limited time capacity of drummer and perform. Otherwise we may need to get someone to play with us. The first step would be to arrange/record some songs, rehearse them, maybe test in small stages. So basically I'd need a sort of partner in crime to also collab with developing this artistically. I'm a firm believer in jamming to develop new pieces, so if you like that aswell would be awesome.
