I really like different types of music - mostly around rock, but it's not limited to. From the Indie Rock bands that I love - it's "Radiohead", "Oasis", "RHCP", "Yeah Yeah Yeahs", "Daughter" etc. From the other well known and different stuff I am passionate of ZZTop, Rolling Stones, Tool, Nirvana, Metallica, Within Temptation, A7X, Lacuna Coil, Linkin Park, Korn, Depeche Mode, IAMX etc. Btw, I am Ukrainian, 39, live in Berlin over 5 years (now in the middle of Wedding and P-Berg), have my own music gear (it's Fender Telecaster and Gibson SG and the nice minimum set of 6 pedals that I have curated) Have total guitar skills of about 4 years and during the last 12 months I am going to the rehearsals almost each week with my current band. I also sing and write lyrics, and I have studio and live experience. I'm looking for people to start a new project where we write and produce songs together and potentially play live at some point. Englisch fällt mir leichter, aber Deutsch kann ich auch. I'm an experienced double bass player into alternative / postrock / Kraut / Echtzeitmusik. I moved to Berlin recently and looking for a band, ideally something that merges acoustic and electronic music, but open to possibilities. I can do way more on the double bass than a typical bass guitar player and like using the instrument in unusual ways. I am pro with looping as well. Bassist/Gitarrist sucht Musiker für neues Bandprojekt. Ich finde neue und experimentelle Acts wie The Smile, Fontaines DC, The Suuns super. Covern würde ich aber nichts wollen, sondern neue Musik machen – mit dir? Mir liegt daran, Leute zu finden, die sich vorstellen können, damit irgendwann auf einer Bühne zu stehen und die ihr Instrument auch spielen können. Material würde ich gern im freien Zusammenspiel aller sich entstehen lassen, um daraus dann Stücke zu entwickeln. Ich komme zwar aus der Ecke achtziger Jahre Wave-Alternative-Postpunk (Fall, Cure, Joy Division etc.), kann mir aber vieles vorstellen, so lange es nicht Metal, Hardcore etc. ist. Bist du meistens freundlich, positiv eingestellt und kein Stinkstiefel, neugierig und offen? Dann gib gern Bescheid.
