I’m a 20 y/o singer (and a not so good guitarist) looking to start a band/project influenced by progressive metal, alternative rock, and experimental elements — some band/artist influences would be: Karnivool, Tool/A Perfect Circle, Placebo, Radiohead, Björk, Fiona Apple, Eivør, Beyond Creation ( the basslines and the melodic parts - ex: Coexistence bridge )
A few things about me and what I’m looking for:
- I already have some small pieces of music I can share. I usually write by finding a melody on guitar first
- I’m terrified of jamming, at least at the start, so I’d prefer rehearsals where we prepare parts at home, then come together to refine and give feedback/ideas
- I want this project to be quite complex and experimental, with clean vocals, tribal drums/cajon at times, progressive rhythms, melodic elements, and space for unconventional instruments if that fits
- I think band members should feel comfortable and connected, so grabbing a drink and getting to know each other before playing sounds good to me
- You’ll need to be a bit patient and understanding, as I don’t have much experience working in a band setting yet, but I’m eager to learn and grow
- We can even start with covers or creative covers if that helps break the ice
- Age-wise, I’d prefer people around 18-30
- Most importantly, I want songwriting to be fun and collaborative, where everyone brings their own ideas.

We’re looking for a new drummer to join us, since our current drummer is leaving us (cause he’s sadly moving away for work). We play mostly originals, ranging from bluesy western songs, groovy tunes, softer ballads to more psychedelic and experimental songs. We’re blending influences from '60s/'70s surf and psychedelic rock (like The Doors and The Velvet Underground) with modern alternative indie sounds (The Nude Party, The Grogans, Sun Room). We have a 1,5 h setlist, have played more than 10 shows last year, have already recorded 2 EP’s and have lots of new songs to be released throughout 2025. We have shows booked for this year already (shows in Berlin, small festivals Germany-wide, a small UK tour, prob. an EP-release tour, etc.). We’re rehearsing at Rockhaus Berlin and rehearse min. 1-2 a week (usually Tuesday & Thursday evening, sometimes during the day on weekends). Hi, Mein Name ist Daniel und ich bin auf der Suche nach Mitmusikern für die Neugründung einer Band. Wenn Ihr singt, Drums oder Gitarre spielt, aus Berlin kommt und Bock habt meldet Euch!
Stiltechnisch soll es in Richtung alternative Rock/Stoner Rock gehen. Bin da aber offen, wie gesagt es ist eine Neugründung. Geprobt werden würde erstmal einmal die Woche in den Noisy Rooms. Hier könnten wir mit ersten Jamsessions anfangen um zu sehen ob es passt und wo die Reise hingehen kann.

Hallo! Ich bin Marco und leidenschaftlicher Musiker. Seit meinem 16. Lebensjahr spiele ich in Bands, ca. 2016 habe ich das recorden und mixen für mich entdeckt und daraufhin ein Studium am Hofa College absolviert.
Es war mir jedoch nie wichtig, hochproduzierte Pop-Platten zu kreieren. Vielmehr wollte ich verstehen, wie die Dinge funktionieren.
Ich fand dann ich meinen eigenen Weg, um Musik zu produzieren – authentisch und nach meinen Vorstellungen und seitdem recorde und mixe befreundete Bands sowie meine eigenen Musikprojekte.
Falls du deine Band oder dein Musikprojekt professionell aufnehmen und mischen lassen willst, zögere nicht, dich bei mir zu melden.
Neben meiner Hauptbeschäftigung als Gitarrist und Sänger in der Garage-Punk-Band Have Blue, produce ich meinen eigenen Kram unter dem Namen Cecelka. Dabei geht es etwas ruhiger zu . Meine musikalischen Einflüsse kommen vom Hip Hop, Dub, Jazz, Alternative Rock...
