Hey I'm Quim, 27, from Spain. I recently moved to Berlin and would love to join a band, start one or simply rent a room and have some fun. I am pretty open about the style but I'd say my preference is a bit harder indie. Incubus, the Libertines, Kings of Leon, early Arctic monkeys, Local Natives, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and similar stuff. A part from that I would also be open with some punk rock, metal (used to play with double pedal) and maybe something softer like reggae, R/B or soul. 35-54 Band Hi! Ich mache schon seit Jahrzehnten Musik, vor allem sehr hingebungsvoll und begeistert als Schlagzeuger, manchmal auch als Percussionist oder Keyboarder, seit einiger Zeit auch als Produzent. Alles extrem leidenschaftlich, aber nebenberuflich, also ohne Geld-Druck! Was mir Bock macht, wird gemacht (peu à peu, weil 12 Stunden pro Tag hab ich für die Musik leider nur hin und wieder Zeit...). Meine Wochenenden sind tendentiell eher immer strapaziert, was doof ist, wenn man häufig live spielen will. Derzeit schaffe ich tatsächlich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr als ein Gig/alle zwei Monate! Unter der Woche habe ich meistens mehr Zeit und stehe total auf einigermaßen regelmäßige Proben/Treffen im Proberaum mit netten Leuten/guten Musikern/meiner Band um zu musizieren und an Material zu arbeiten. Gerne auch, um einfach nur die Abende (oder gerne auch Morgende) mit dem geilsten vorstellbaren Zeitvertreib - Mucke machen - zu verbringen und als Klangkörper zusammenzuwachsen und irgendetwas auf den Weg zu bringen, und gerne auch, um total konkret an Material, Produktionen oder Etüden zu arbeiten und um schnell an Ergebnisse zu kommen. Also, ich will sagen, Beides ist mir wichtig! Da ich meine Penunsen mit anderem Zeug erwirtschafte, will ich zuviel Stress und Ergebnisdruck aus meiner Musik-Welt lieber fernhalten. Was ich meistens brauche, ist Umgang mit angenehmen Leuten, die mit Innbrunst ihr Instrument und die Musik in ihrem Leben mit dabei haben, Bock auf Band und Projekte haben, Aufnahmen, Produktionen und gelegentliche Gigs, grooven, fliegen, tüfteln, tight werden, die richtigen Töne und den richtigen Sound finden. Mit hohem Anspruch, aber möglichst wenig Druck. Mein Job und mein Halbstarker stechen die Musik (wenn es hart auf hart kommt) im Zweifel aus... Meine Band Boolooloop (Bass, Gitarre, Drums) probt in unserem schnuckleligen Proberaum Nähe Treptower Park, hat sich aber jüngst eine kleine, unbefristete Schaffenspause auferlegt... Diese Pause könnte aber jederzeit für ne Session mit noch einem Instrument (Tasten? Bläser?), einer Stimme oder vielleicht sogar Plattengekratze oder Loopstation-Gefrickel oder so unterbrochen (und vielleicht sogar beendet) werden! Solange die Schaffenspause allerdings noch währt, wären auch Bassisten sehr gerne als Gast eingeladen! Außerdem komme ich auch gerne mal als Drummer woanders vorbei und bin selbst der Gast! Ich steh auf alle möglichen Musikrichtungen und mir ist schwer zu beschreibene Vielfältigkeit lieber als klare Stil-Treue. Ich groove gerne, finde jazziges Feeling und Latin-Grooves geil, schicke gerne prollige HipHop-Beats raus oder total poppige RnB-Rhythmen, BreakBeats, Disco-Funk, schweres Stoner-Rock-Gekessel, von mir aus auch mal Reggae-, Surf-, Ska, oder Punk-Beats und was weiß ich nicht noch alles gefällt mir alles sehr. Mal mit verfrickeltem, verspielten, vielleicht humorvollen Eskapaden, mal total klischeemäßig, und mit keinem überflüssigem Ton zu viel. Kein so großer Fan bin ich im großen und ganzen vom Industrie-Sound und der kalten, depressiven Androiden-Attitüde der 80er, von sehr harten, gewaltätigen Musikrichtungen und andererseits von zu viel Schnulz, Schmalz und Gefühlsduselei.

Ich spiele schon relativ lange Gitarre, irgendwann kam dann der Bass dazu. Habe in den letzten Jahren sowohl in einer Reggae, als auch einer Coverband gespielt. Vorrangig live, konnte aber auch schon Studio Luft schnuppern. Kram für Recording und Live ist vorhanden.

Wir suchen eine professionelle Sängerin die Lust Funk und Soul hat. Du musst für grooviges Zeug brennen! Auch Genres wie Acid Jazz, Neo Soul bis Reggae sind bereits im bestehenden Set vorhanden. Alles was Groove hat. Kein Rock, Indie etc. Band ist ambitioniert und besteht aus Bass, Drums, Keys, Guitar, Bläser und Flöte. Du kommst in eine gut strukturierte Band hinein mit Songwritern, Texten. Du musst Improvisieren können, Bühnen, Proberaum und Band Erfahrung haben. Texte, Noten und Leadsheets verstehen und vor allem Zuverlässig sein. Eigene Ideen und Texte sind herzlich willkommen. Alter zwischen 30-45. Probe immer Dienstag ab 18 Uhr Nähe Schönhauser Allee. Voll eingerichteter Raum vorhanden. Wir suchen eine Stimme und eine Persönlichkeit mit Charme, Witz und Funk. Hallo! Wir von der Berliner Reggae/Pop Band Steppers Division bringen seit mehreren Jahren unseren strictly positive vibes zum Berliner live circuit. Aktuell sind wir auf der suche nach einem neuen Keyboarder! Wir arbeiten an einer komplett neuen Live-Show, zusammen mit zwei Sängern aus England und Tschechien. Hierbei arbeiten wir derzeit an einem Demo Track für Netflix und Ende diesen Jahres soll unsere Live Show stehen. Daher muss der neue Keyboarder mindestens einmal pro Woche Proben können, mit der Möglichkeit, dass die Proben häufiger werden, wenn mehr Aufträge ins Haus kommen. Die einzigen zwei anderen Wünsche, die wir haben, sind professionelle Bühnenerfahrung und eine gute Arbeitsmentalität, auf die wir aufbauen können. Spaß und Liebe zur Musik stehen natürlich an erster Stelle. Bei interesse senden wir euch die Tracks an denen wir gerade arbeiten. Dear Berliner drummers, we're searching for a drummer and/or percussionist to join us in a musical adventure, which we'd currently describe as a psychedelic project, literally and poetically. We're looking forward to receiving your contribution and help us to create and refine our own sound fusing many styles. What we play and our musical influences are quite diverse, some keywords capturing the thin line between genres and adjectives are for example: progressive, funk, space, latin, punk, acid, alternative, stoner, electronic, grunge, reggae, dark, cumbia, experimental, metal, folk, synth, kraut, noise, jazzy, post-... rock. We've been playing for a couple of months already and we decided that we really want to pursue this project seriously. Our instruments are guitar, bass, synthesizer, and also drums temporarily with some singing lately. If you are interested in this process it'd be cool, but if not that's not really a problem. But what's really important to us is that we envision this project as a collective and not a place where egos take the control. That's why we really want our music to be born in our collective jam sessions and take shape later giving them certain structure to become something else. Our intention is to jam, to create songs, record an album, perform live in venues, festivals and hopefully tour in the incoming future. We see this a learning process where we want to have a lot of fun and very importantly, create meaningful friendships. Currently we're playing on Friday nights in our rehearsal space in Lichtenberg, but we're quite flexible especially if you have your own rehearsal space or if we can find a new one. Our level is quite good even though none of us is a professional musician, therefore it'd be good if you're not a beginner as well and very open minded. Interested, motivated and committed?
