Hi, ich suche nach entspannten, aufgeschlossenen Menschen, die Lust haben, eine Band mit Ambitionen zu gründen. Der "BARON SAMDI" ist auf der Suche nach engagierten Mitmusikern, die gerne auftreten und Energie in die Entwicklung der Band stecken wollen.
Im Moment bin ich alleinig verbliebenes Mitglied, was einen Neustart bedeutet, der auf vorhandenem Material aufsetzen kann, allerdings nicht Note für Note reproduziert werden muss. Es gibt kein urheberrechtliches Problem und sicherlich gibt es genügend Bereiche, an denen Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden können oder sogar müssen. Andere Songs muss man auch wieder von der Bildfläche verschwinden lassen.
Insofern könnte das ganz interessant sein, da zumindest ein Grundstock von vielleicht acht brauchbaren Songs vorhanden ist, die schnell auf Speed gebracht werden und um neues Material angereichert werden können.

Ich bin gerade 58 geworden, dennoch ist meine Motivation aufzutreten. Und zwar nicht im superkleinen Rahmen, sondern in absehbarer Zeit eher zunächst als Support in relevanten Läden, um sich so vielleicht einen Namen zu machen. Kleine Gigs sind am Anfang auch gut, sind aber nicht mein Ziel.
Sicherlich wird es anfangs nicht ganz so einfach, die Band komplett zu machen, aber ich bin bereit für zeitliche Investitionen, ich laufe auch gerne mal den Extrameter, lasse mich aber nicht mehr alleinig vor den Karren spannen. Es gibt Leute, die halten mich für überstrukturiert, was ich selbstverständlich nicht so empfinde :-)
Bitte keine Anfänger, gerne mit Spaß an der Organisation von Gigs, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit.
Schön wäre eine Keyboarderin (sic!), die auch singen kann.
Wenn es Dir genügt, im Übungsraum gute Musik zu machen, Du aber keinerlei Hang zur Bühne hast, dann sind wir kein Fit. Wenn Du kein Commitment abgeben möchtest, dann ebenfalls nicht.
Ach ja, und ich bin und bleibe Gitarrist der DEAF KENNEDYS, kann man sich auch im Netz ansehen. Der Name lässt erahnen, worum es sich handelt - und nur darum ;-) Daher bin ich auf der Suche nach Musikern, die ihren Schwerpunkt auf Eigenkompositionen legen. Gerne mit grundsätzlich eigenen Ideen oder eben solchen zur Anreicherung bestehender Strukturen.

Wenn ich sage ich bin Anfänger, dann mein ich das auch. Ich mach schon lange hoobymäßig Musik, hab aber null Erfahrung damit mit anderen zusammen zu arbeiten, was ich aber super gerne ändern würde. Was ich nich an Erfahrung habe, hab ich dafür an Motivation.
Ich würd gern in Richtung BMTH, Linkin Park, System of a Down und The Offspring gehen.
Ich nehm aktuell Gesangsunterricht und arbeite aktiv an meinen Vocals. Clean ist im Aufbau, Screaming will ich unbedingt lernen, wenn der Cleangesang sitzt.
Ich hab bis jetzt kaum vor Leuten gesungen, komm aber immer mehr aus mir raus und hab richtig Bock, das weiter zu pushen.
Ich würde sagen ich hab ein echt gutes Gefühl für Rhythmus und Text Flow und schreib auch gern selbst Texte, nur bei den Melodien haperts. Ich spiel auch okayisch Gitarre und bissl Piano.
Ich such keine Leute die das professionell machen, sondern wen auf ähnlichem Level, ohne Druck aber mit viel Motivation.

Musikalischer Werdegang:
Ich habe mal Musik studiert,
dann eine Zusatzausbildung als Tontechniker gemacht und viele Jahre in diesem Job gearbeitet.
Nach längerer Zwangspause hab ich mich während der Pandemie wieder intensiver hinter die Drums geklemmt.
Indie/Alternative, Punk, Hard n Heavy und Ballermann-Schlager ist nicht mein Ding.
Meine Komfortzone liegt eher in Funk, Soul, RnB und Pop-Rock.
Notenkenntnisse sind zu einem gewissen Grad vorhanden, aber Sachen wie Zappa's Black Page oder Rush direkt vom Blatt spielen ist leider nicht drin.
Suche aktuell eine Band die regelmäßig auf der Bühne steht.
Einer Neugründung bin ich auch nicht gänzlich abgeneigt, solange ernsthaft gearbeitet wird.
Was ich definitiv nicht suche sind reine Freizeitmucker und Proberaumhocker.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach Drummer, Sänger und Basser, weiblich oder männlich oder mittendrin. Ich habe viele Demos in die Richtung EmoPowerPopGarageWhatever.
Ich bin Anfang 40 und spiele seit ca. 30 Jahren Gitarre in verschiedenen Bands (manchmal auch Bass oder Schlagzeug) und habe viel Studio und Bühnenerfahrung. Ich möchte gerne eine Band aufbauen, die voller Energie nach vorne geht, den EmoSpirit der 90er Jahre wieder spiegelt, die Räudigkeit von Garage Bands hat, aber auch die Eingängigkeit der Power Pop Bands. I’m looking for a drummer, singer, and bassist—male, female, or somewhere in between. I have a lot of demos in the emo/power pop/garage/whatever genre.
I’m in my early 40s and have been playing guitar in various bands for about 30 years (sometimes bass or drums as well), and I have a lot of studio and live performance experience. I’d like to start a band that’s full of energy, captures the emo spirit of the ’90s, has the raw edge of garage bands, but also the catchiness of power pop bands. Since these genres are pretty broad, I’ve listed my biggest influences below:

I’ve been playing music for almost 20 years, mainly as a bassist but also with plenty of experience on guitar. My roots and passion are in hardcore punk and punk.
I’m influenced by many bands in this genre such as Minor Threat, Black Flag, Adolescents, Title Fight, Have Heart, and Militarie Gun — so everything from early hardcore to newer melodic and emotional sounds.
I’m looking to either join an existing band or start something new with the right people.
I’ve got my own equipment and I’m ready to rehearse and play regularly.

Hello to all the curious (hopefully also interested) who have opened my profile.
I am class of 1972, born and raised in Turin (Italy), my musical training was born to pass from English Punk to flow into the first musical experiences in the underground hardcore punk and then refine sounds and musical style with the Metal '80, Grunge '90 , Nu Metal etc.....
What I am passionate about in sounds in the last 15 years is Stoner in it's more (Psychedelic) Stoner/Doom sense, perhaps because the first musical reference band for me is Black Sabbath who in every sense invented Metal and the above sounds.
The bands that inspire me are too many x point them out therefore I finally get to the point...... I would like to find other fans of these genres to create a musical project (live and performances I can be there but they are not the focus of the project) that has a rough and distorted Weedeater sound that is mixed with dark sounds of Alice in Chains with atmospheric (sludge doom) metal tracks like Sleep/Electric Wizard etc. ... for which singing is not needed ( unless the singer has skills like Tatiana Shmayluk of Jinjer, or like Layne Staley of Alice in Chains).
I like to compose the bass lines of the pieces I tend to start from, which is why I like to create specific sounds for almost every piece I play. Basically I chord everything between Drop C and Drop B , always looking for a darker type of sound.

I guess I've got a lot of gig experience. In addition to the bands listed above, between 2015-2016 I played 3 nights a week, every week with a band called The Lianne Rivers Band, around various venues in the UK.
I also spent 5 years studying music at Newcastle University, where I got my Bachelor and Masters in composition.
The kind of music I would like to make is pretty theory-based. I'm very interested in unusual scales and chord progressions, and would like to figure out how to write catchy, popular songs with these. You can hear one of my attempts at this with a tune called "Carnivalesque", which you can listen to here. This uses a strange mode (1 b2 b3 #4 5 6 b7).
It would be great to find a singer who ideally knows some music theory, or has studied jazz. I'm aiming to write music that is unique but also conveys some kind of political sentiment...
