Hello hello I’m Tara (27), just moved to Berlin from London and am looking to arrange my songs with a band. I studied popular music, have plenty of stage experience and now want to get started with my music here in Berlin (especially play live!!). Hobby musicians are more than welcome - I don’t care about your experience level as long as we enjoy playing together.
Pretty open to what genre(s) we turn my songs into but for reference:
My voice: soulful, dramatic, and expressive (you can check it out via the link at the end).
My songs: I’d say quite moving, dynamic, captivating and at times dramatic. They’re written just on the piano and range from pretty ballads to more dramatic, theatrical pieces with even some operatic elements sometimes.
That said, I’m also happy to write new songs together.
What I’m looking for is musicians that are open to try sh*t out — I love creating music that is captivating, dynamic and emotionally pulls the listener.
So ideally musicians who like emotional, pretty music but are also down to push things into slightly more artsy, edgy territory sometimes.
A full band with drums, bass, guitar, keys and cello (maybe some brass) would be a dream — but also happy to start working with just one or two musicians for now.

New band project looking for drummer (rehearsals, gigs & studio)

We (guitar/vocals + bass) are looking for a drummer (m/f/d) for a new band project. You should be able to play – but even more important: the vibes have to be right, and we should click on a personal level. If you can groove both loud and soft, that’s a big plus. Songwriting interest is very welcome (both: lyrics and music): We have lots of song ideas that need to be developed and brought to life, and we’re open to your input.
The plan is to have regular rehearsals and joint songwriting sessions – also gigs and (studio) recordings. Looking ahead, we could imagine expanding the lineup with a second guitar/keys and backing vocals – can you do backings? Even better.
We have a rehearsal space in Berlin-Karlshorst, close to the S-Bahn station. Stylistically, we move somewhere between Radiohead-ish soundscapes – sometimes progressive, sometimes deliberately pop-stupid – with some blues, rock, pop, and psychedelic colors mixed in.

Spielen solltest du können – noch wichtiger: Die Vibes müssen stimmen und wir sollten charakterlich zusammenpassen. Wenn du sowohl laut als auch leise grooven kannst, ist das ein dickes Plus. Songwriting-Interesse ist ausdrücklich erwünscht (gerne lyrisch [Englisch], musikalisch sowieso): Wir haben viele Songideen, die weitergedacht und umgesetzt werden wollen und sind offen für deine Einfälle. Angedacht sind regelmäßige Proben und gemeinsame Songwriting-Sessions mit dem Ziel von Live-Auftritten und (Studio-)Recordings. Perspektivisch ist eine Erweiterung um zweite Gitarre/Keys und Backing-Vocals denkbar – kannst du Backings? Umso besser. Proberaum ist vorhanden: Berlin-Karlshorst, nah am S-Bahnhof. Drummer looking for musicians to form a band and already established bands/artists that are seeking drummer in Berlin.
Me and my fellow guitarist have around 30 songs done, ready to play live (he’s just writing stuff, not gonna be playing live). The vibe roams around Queens of the Stone Age, Soundgarden, Muse, Royal Blood. Tuning is mostly C Standard.
I’m looking for vocalist, 2 guitarists (if you also play a bit of keys that’s awesome) and bassist. It would be nice if you’re in your 20’s or early 30’s. If you don’t write music that’s fine, we have plenty of songs and more coming. If you want to contribute your ideas – that’s great, let’s do it.

Ich (22) spiele Gitarre und Klavier auf höherem Anfängerlevel und suche Leute, die einfach Lust haben, gemeinsam Musik zu machen - ganz ohne Druck und Perfektionsanspruch.
Instrumente sind völlig egal - ob Gitarre, Bass, Schlagzeug, Gesang, Geige, Ukulele, Cajón... alles passt! Von Anfänger bis Fortgeschritten - Hauptsache, man hat Spaß und Lust, ein bisschen zusammen zu jammen.
Stilmäßig bin ich offen: von einfachen Songs über Pop/Rock bis zu kleinen Jams oder auch mal was Ruhigeres. Mir geht's vor allem darum, gemeinsam Musik zu erleben und zu schauen, wohin das führt.

Musikalischer Werdegang:
Seit der 4. Klasse habe ich Tenorhorn gespielt und war sogar zwei Jahre lang Teil eines Orchesters. Danach habe ich das Instrument zwar aufgegeben, aber die Liebe zur Musik ist geblieben. Von meinem Jugendweihe-Geld habe ich mir neben einer Playstation auch ein E-Piano gekauft – das spiele ich bis heute.
Mit Hilfe von YouTube-Videos habe ich mir die Basics beigebracht: Akkorde mit Begleitung, einfache Songs mit Melodie und sogar kleine Impro-Stücke. Dabei habe ich auch eine kleine Leidenschaft für Filmmusik und Scores entwickelt – ich mag das Dramatische und Melancholische.
Später habe ich von einer Nachbarin eine Akustikgitarre und einen E-Bass geschenkt bekommen. Besonders die Gitarre hat mich fasziniert, sodass ich inzwischen auch eine E-Gitarre und eine Westerngitarre spiele. Gerade (...) Mehr anzeigen

I've written quite a few songs over the years, and now I'm looking to bring them to life on stage and in the studio — or to co-create something new with the right people. I sing, play rhythm guitar, and have experience playing with drummers and bassists, but I'm open to other instrument setups too.
Stylistically, my music blends R&B, pop, Afrobeats, and Afrofusion, with lyrics in English, Mandarin, and Yoruba. I’m based on the west side of Berlin, near Zoologischer Garden, and would love to meet up for practice once or twice a week. The goal is to write songs together, perform live and eventually record.

Then you might qualify to be Fickschnitzel's new drummer!
We (20s, 30s) play punk rock covers of pop songs. We have an experienced singer and less experienced guitarist and bassist, who do (mostly) play tight. We're now looking for a drummer to complete our line up to take our band to the next level (whatever that might mean...). We rehearse up to two times a month at noisy rooms, so we'd be the ideal match for someone who doesn't have the time for a more full time band or someone who might want to have an additional fun low-stakes project on the side.
You'd be replacing our smartphone-drum-track. It's tight, but seriously lacking in personality
