I’m a vocalist and i really want to collaborate with other instrumentalists (guitar/percussion-drums/bass/keys), either session musicians, or even people that want to form a band. I like prog rock/metal, art pop, jazz, alternative rock, and a few electronic elements. I like building ideas at home in Ableton. I usually start by recording some guitar parts, adding some simple synths, vocal harmonies and the main vocals. really love technical/prog/melo death metal however i am a singer, and not an extreme vocalist. I'm a 22 yo non-german boy, just arrived in Berlin for a year :) Not german speaker yet (but soooon !!) Where I was last year, I used to record songs with a friend. She was composing tracks, I was writing the lyrics and the melody, she was producing, I was singing ... I'm looking forward to continue to do something similar here :) I'm a tenor ( vocal range of G2 to F5, more or less ) who likes to sing calm songs that explodes at one point. I feel like classical singing is my default setting voice but I trained it to be able to sing more pop-ish songs. Song writing for me is cathartic, I see it as a way to turns tough feelings in something that make them worthy to exist :) I deeply wanna build an original musical universe with someone who would be .really. motivated to create something complex but understandable :) To summarize: If you're composing tracks/produce music, look for lyrics + a tenor voice, and you are motivated to collaborate to create beautiful things : WE HAVE TO TALK :) See you soon :)

My influences range from experimental rock bands such as Tortoise, Don Cab, This Heat, Can etc. to arty pop like Stereolab or Talking Heads to Dub, Jazz of all sorts, Electronic music, you name it. I would say anything beyond mainstream is my thing. Looking for collectives or just people to play and connect. I would describe my style as groovy, jazzy, non standard… with interest in odd time signatures and polyrhythms and I can hit it really loud and hard when I want it :). I studied popular music, have plenty of stage experience and now want to get started with my music here in Berlin (especially play live!!). Hobby musicians are more than welcome - I don’t care about your experience level as long as we enjoy playing together. Pretty open to what genre(s) we turn my songs into but for reference: My voice: soulful, dramatic, and expressive (you can check it out via the link at the end). My songs: I’d say quite moving, dynamic, captivating and at times dramatic. They’re written just on the piano and range from pretty ballads to more dramatic, theatrical pieces with even some operatic elements sometimes. That said, I’m also happy to write new songs together. What I’m looking for is musicians that are open to try sh*t out — I love creating music that is captivating, dynamic and emotionally pulls the listener. So ideally musicians who like emotional, pretty music but are also down to push things into slightly more artsy, edgy territory sometimes. We (guitar/vocals + bass) are looking for a drummer (m/f/d) for a new band project. You should be able to play – but even more important: the vibes have to be right, and we should click on a personal level. If you can groove both loud and soft, that’s a big plus. Songwriting interest is very welcome (both: lyrics and music): We have lots of song ideas that need to be developed and brought to life, and we’re open to your input. The plan is to have regular rehearsals and joint songwriting sessions – also gigs and (studio) recordings. Looking ahead, we could imagine expanding the lineup with a second guitar/keys and backing vocals – can you do backings? Even better. We have a rehearsal space in Berlin-Karlshorst, close to the S-Bahn station.
