Hi!
Ich mache schon seit Jahrzehnten Musik, vor allem sehr hingebungsvoll und begeistert als Schlagzeuger, manchmal auch als Percussionist oder Keyboarder, seit einiger Zeit auch als Produzent. Alles extrem leidenschaftlich, aber nebenberuflich, also ohne Geld-Druck! Was mir Bock macht, wird gemacht (peu à peu, weil 12 Stunden pro Tag hab ich für die Musik leider nur hin und wieder Zeit...). Meine Wochenenden sind tendentiell eher immer strapaziert, was doof ist, wenn man häufig live spielen will. Derzeit schaffe ich tatsächlich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr als ein Gig/alle zwei Monate! Unter der Woche habe ich meistens mehr Zeit und stehe total auf einigermaßen regelmäßige Proben/Treffen im Proberaum mit netten Leuten/guten Musikern/meiner Band um zu musizieren und an Material zu arbeiten. Gerne auch, um einfach nur die Abende (oder gerne auch Morgende) mit dem geilsten vorstellbaren Zeitvertreib - Mucke machen - zu verbringen und als Klangkörper zusammenzuwachsen und irgendetwas auf den Weg zu bringen, und gerne auch, um total konkret an Material, Produktionen oder Etüden zu arbeiten und um schnell an Ergebnisse zu kommen. Also, ich will sagen, Beides ist mir wichtig!
Da ich meine Penunsen mit anderem Zeug erwirtschafte, will ich zuviel Stress und Ergebnisdruck aus meiner Musik-Welt lieber fernhalten. Was ich meistens brauche, ist Umgang mit angenehmen Leuten, die mit Innbrunst ihr Instrument und die Musik in ihrem Leben mit dabei haben, Bock auf Band und Projekte haben, Aufnahmen, Produktionen und gelegentliche Gigs, grooven, fliegen, tüfteln, tight werden, die richtigen Töne und den richtigen Sound finden. Mit hohem Anspruch, aber möglichst wenig Druck. Mein Job und mein Halbstarker stechen die Musik (wenn es hart auf hart kommt) im Zweifel aus...
Meine Band Boolooloop (Bass, Gitarre, Drums) probt in unserem schnuckleligen Proberaum Nähe Treptower Park, hat sich aber jüngst eine kleine, unbefristete Schaffenspause auferlegt... Diese Pause könnte aber jederzeit für ne Session mit noch einem Instrument (Tasten? Bläser?), einer Stimme oder vielleicht sogar Plattengekratze oder Loopstation-Gefrickel oder so unterbrochen (und vielleicht sogar beendet) werden! Solange die Schaffenspause allerdings noch währt, wären auch Bassisten sehr gerne als Gast eingeladen! Außerdem komme ich auch gerne mal als Drummer woanders vorbei und bin selbst der Gast!
Ich steh auf alle möglichen Musikrichtungen und mir ist schwer zu beschreibene Vielfältigkeit lieber als klare Stil-Treue. Ich groove gerne, finde jazziges Feeling und Latin-Grooves geil, schicke gerne prollige HipHop-Beats raus oder total poppige RnB-Rhythmen, BreakBeats, Disco-Funk, schweres Stoner-Rock-Gekessel, von mir aus auch mal Reggae-, Surf-, Ska, oder Punk-Beats und was weiß ich nicht noch alles gefällt mir alles sehr. Mal mit verfrickeltem, verspielten, vielleicht humorvollen Eskapaden, mal total klischeemäßig, und mit keinem überflüssigem Ton zu viel. Kein so großer Fan bin ich im großen und ganzen vom Industrie-Sound und der kalten, depressiven Androiden-Attitüde der 80er, von sehr harten, gewaltätigen Musikrichtungen und andererseits von zu viel Schnulz, Schmalz und Gefühlsduselei.

Brauchbares Equipment ist vorhanden sowie Ambition, etwas von Dauer auf die Beine zu stellen.
Weniger Lust habe ich auf Ska, Doom/Stoner/Sludge, Deutschrock, Partycover, Metal in allen Spielarten (außer ihr klingt wie Entombed oder Dismember), Indiepop, Shoegaze mit verhuschten Matscheriffs, Blues, Altherren-Rock, Beatdown, Grunge oder Alternative.
So gar keine Lust habe ich auf Antisemiten, Sexisten, homo-/transfeindliche Vollhonks, unpolitische Oi!-Heinis, Burzumshirts, Mackerattitüde und Stammtisch-Geprolle, „Ich bin ja kein X, aber...“-Sager und ähnliche Totalausfälle.
Alter (von volljährig bis Apotheken Umschau im Abo), Geschlecht, sexuelle Orientierung, Lohnarbeit oder Studium etc. ist mir dafür völlig schnuppe. Es wäre schön, wenn ihr ein paar Jahre Praxis mitbringt – für blutige Anfänger*innen fehlt mir leider die Geduld.

Hey 👋 I recently moved to Germany for a new job from out of country. I’m living in Braunschweig but it’s easy to go to Berlin every weekend by train. My music is all original pop/hip-hop/dance (Simulated Youth is my performance name). Some songs have a dark edgy vibe, and others are totally goofy. When I perform I do live drumming and also live vocals for some of the songs. But most of my songs feature female singers, so I always need to perform with backing track.
I’m sure my music is one-of-a-kind but I haven’t been able to have any organic growth in 3 years of trying lol….. Now that I’m in Germany, I want to form a band and see if that’s the missing piece of the puzzle 😈 “strength in numbers” as they say

Well hello musicians of Berlin! We are LEMON EYE, a super international Indie-Rock/Pop band, currently looking for a new DRUMMER. We consist of 2 guitars, 2 vocals, bass and our secret weapon: the cello. Our music is influenced by all kinds of genres from Rock, Pop and Indie to Funk, RnB as well as chamber-pop. While our first few releases were all in the realm of Indie/Pop, many of our other songs go into more funky, groovy, edgy and especially rock territory, which means that we are looking for a drummer with a lot dynamic range, someone who is able to rock hard but also nail some soulful and sexy grooves. Most importantly, we want someone disciplined who will also add their own creativity and personality to our project.

Es geht um Übernahme schon existierender Songs wie auch gemeinsame Neuentwicklung von ein, zwei Liedern. Besetzung ist zweimal Gesang und Klavier/Gitarre.
Wer wir sind: The Metafiction Cabaret ist mehr als eine Band. Ihre Songs sind eingängig, tanzbar, rockig und experimentell. Ihre Texte doppelbödig. Ihre Liveshow phantastisch. The Metafiction Cabaret ist Rockkonzert und Theater, Klavier und Schlagzeug, Kunstblut und Konfetti. Queerer Punk. Das Berliner Nachtleben auf der Bühne, Brecht im Berghain, Glitzer, Kunst und Pop.
Ob auf Musikfestivals wie der Fusion, bei großen Theater- und Straßenfesten, in Clubs, libertären Zentren, auf Demonstrationen und Christopher Street Days, bei Queer- und Burlesqueveranstaltungen, diese Punk-Cabaret-Kombo überwindet Konventionen und weckt Begeisterung.

We are Max (bass), Simone (drums) and Thomas (guitar & vocals), we've been playing together for a short while and have some songs in different stages of development. We feel like the songs could benefit from a little extra in certain spots, so we are looking for someone who wants to join us to complete and round off the sound.

Hi, ich habe jahrelange Erfahrung als Sängerin, Songwriterin und ein bisschen Klavierspielen kann ich auch. Habe einiges an Studio- und Bühnenerfahrung.
Rock, Pop, Soul... Ich habe von Musical, über Chanson, über Blues alles mögliche gemacht. Ich bin ein Mezzo-Sopran mit sopranösen Anwandlungen.
Die meisten Songs in meinem Leben die ich recorded habe waren Tatsache Rap, da auf Nachfrage dann gern ein paar Links. Ich hatte sogar einen Plattenvertrag. :P
Zudem habe ich einige Zeit mein Geld als DJ verdient und mit Serato mit Time Tracks aufgelegt. Ich war resident DJ bei Jägermeister. :)

I've been making music for years in semi-professional bands. Since corona i have been cooking up some stuff on my own. Now i want to form a band to start to gig with this project. The music is experimental pop. For the band i am looking for a very focused sound - meaning i want to do a lot with a little, really using the abilitys of the instruments. aiming rather at a live experience than a faithfull recreation of the productions.
