ÜBER:
Der Schriftsteller und Songwriter Luca Burgio kommt aus Sizilien, wo er nach einiger Zeit in Spanien zurückkehrte, um gemeinsam mit der Band Maison Pigalle sein Soloprojekt zu verwirklichen. Mit diesem total akustischen Ensemble kreiert er einen Sound, der Gipsy-Musik mit Dixieland verbindet und wo es an Jazz und sizilianischen Folk-Einflüssen nicht mangelt. Dieser einzigartige Stil, der aus der Vereinigung verschiedener musikalischer Einflüsse entstand, charakterisiert die beiden Alben, die beide unter dem New Model Label veröffentlicht wurden. Die Texte, alle in italienischer Sprache, sind tiefgründig und bereichern eine intensive Show mit einem starken sinnlichen Einfluss.
Luca Burgio tritt seit drei Jahren in Berlin zusammen mit dem Pianisten Florian Finis und dem Trompeter Roberto Vicchio auf, die mit ihm immer neue und nie vorhersehbare Arrangements den Stil des „Gipsy-Dixi Folk“ perfektioniert haben.

ÜBER:
Sergei Zyrianov’s newest project “Deuces Wild”, which was found in Berlin in collaboration with other professional musicians, is an exciting blend of bebop and modal jazz style elements combined with romantic ballads. The quartet is focused on performing well known tunes of these music styles in order to convey to listeners the atmosphere of jazz clubs and venues of 52nd street from the 1930s to the 1950s in New York. Concentrating on playing the instrumental music, musicians chased the purpose to occupy the niche of a background as well as dance music. Elegant style is also one of the most important band’s features.
Musicians believe that only live concerts are able to convey the fascinating and at the same time risky spirit of that remarkable era.
Unlike many other jazz bands, which rarely pay attention to rehearsals and prefer jam session format, artists from Deuces Wild are concentrating on a sound quality and teamwork. Thereby, they are trying to focus more on listeners without sacrificing things like composition and dynamics.

Aquae Furtivae is a power prog metal band formed in Berlin, 2019.
Originally created by the Spanish drummer Iago Franco the band explores many music styles, making their songs an intriguing, teasing, and exciting expedition.
Heavily influenced by bands such as Pain of Salvation, Haken, VOLA, and Avantasia, Aquae Furtivae tries to break down the walls of standardized music swinging their audience from extreme metal to flamenco, pop, classical and electronic music.
Road to Square One is Aquae Furtivae's debut album which tells the story of a family whose father is diagnosed with Alzheimer's. As the songs go by the listener experiences the perspective of different members of the family, how they feel affected by the situation, and how they deal with their emotions to accept that they have started a one-way journey.
The album is based on a real story, written by Iago Franco who shrank almost a decade of a fight against Alzheimer in his own family into 45 minutes of an epic, whimsical and emotional journey.

ÜBER:
Musik ist eine Sprache ohne Grenzen, durch sie koennen Entfernungen ueberwunden und Freundschaften geschlossen werden. Beim gemeinsamen Singen und Musizieren lernen wir aufeinander zu hoeren und aus vielen einzelnen Stimmen einen harmonischen Klang entstehen zu lassen. Aus diesen Gruenden wollen wir einen internationalen Chor gruenden, in dem sich verschiedene Laender und Kulturen treffen und austauschen koennen.
Dafuer suchen wir Saengerinnen und Saenger ab 18; alle Stimmlagen und alle Nationalitaeten sind herzlich willkommen.
Die jahrelange Erfahrung des Fiake e.V. (Foerderung des internationalen Austausches fuer Kuenste und Erziehung) ermoeglicht die Teilnahme an internationalen Veranstaltungen und Wettbewerben, sowie an Konzerten ausserhalb Deutschlands; fest geplant ist als erste Station China Ende November 2017.
Ausserdem wird der Fiake e.V. Tourneen und Probenwochenenden finanziell unterstuetzen.
