{32M} EN ES FR DE Bass/Baritone Singer looking for band
PunkRockFunk / SoulReggae
Hey everyone,
I'm a singer with 3 years of classes and many more of casual singing experience looking for a band in Berlin. I'm very flexible as far as music genres go, but I enjoy Rock (QOTSA, SOaD, Arctic Monkeys), Punk (Bad Religion, NoFX, Anti-Flag) and Ska (Streetlight Manifesto, Ska-P, Catch 22, Sublime) the most; that being said, my previous band was a Funk band covering music from Vulfpeck and similar bands. I can sing and write songs in English, Spanish, French and German. I've also sung in Portuguese and Korean before but I don't speak those languages fluently. While I'm initially looking for a band as a hobby, I'm 100% committed to spend the necessary time in rehearsals, and working on my voice and lyrics. If you think we could have a nice fit and/or have any more questions, send me a message: +491733932915
Dear Berliner drummers,
we're searching for a drummer and/or percussionist to join us in a musical adventure, which we'd currently describe as a psychedelic project, literally and poetically. We're looking forward to receiving your contribution and help us to create and refine our own sound fusing many styles. What we play and our musical influences are quite diverse, some keywords capturing the thin line between genres and adjectives are for example: progressive, funk, space, latin, punk, acid, alternative, stoner, electronic, grunge, reggae, dark, cumbia, experimental, metal, folk, synth, kraut, noise, jazzy, post-... rock.
We've been playing for a couple of months already and we decided that we really want to pursue this project seriously. Our instruments are guitar, bass, synthesizer, and also drums temporarily with some singing lately. You can listen some of our previous jams here, but please be aware that everything was recorded with a cell phone and 100% improvised: https://soundcloud.com/zuiregroj/sets/aljojume-ayayaycocojambo-sessions
Now we're heading to the composition process, taking some of this ideas to create actual songs. If you are interested in this process it'd be cool, but if not that's not really a problem. But what's really important to us is that we envision this project as a collective and not a place where egos take the control. That's why we really want our music to be born in our collective jam sessions and take shape later giving them certain structure to become something else.
Our intention is to jam, to create songs, record an album, perform live in venues, festivals and hopefully tour in the incoming future. We see this a learning process where we want to have a lot of fun and very importantly, create meaningful friendships.
Currently we're playing on Friday nights in our rehearsal space in Lichtenberg, but we're quite flexible especially if you have your own rehearsal space or if we can find a new one.
Our level is quite good even though none of us is a professional musician, therefore it'd be good if you're not a beginner as well and very open minded.
Interested, motivated and committed? Please send us a message with your email, ideas and any recording of your music!
Thanks a lot and keep rocking!!!
J.

Band is looking
We ''Madame Bristenia'' are looking for a capable drummer who masters his instrument in versatile genres, has good timing, grooves well, and can play precisely on the point.
The musical spectrum ranges from noir grunge to experimental/polyrhytmic sludge, so you should also have a highly experimental and even sometimes extremely aggressive approach to music. On the other hand, also be able to take yourself back in quiet passages/songs and play quietly with feeling.
In other words, the ability to transform into different drummers would look really good on your resume.
We are a project that has been steadily developing for the second year and we plan to move confidently only forward.
The repertoire includes meanwhile approx. 50 draft songs.
We are looking for not only a musician who aims at professional development with us but also a soulmate, who feels on the same wavelength. Therefore, having a good attitude is more important than possessing all the skills.
You must be ready for the day when corona ends, so we have to start right now!

*i am a vocalist, but also play other instruments, looking to join a band, or meet other musicians who want to play in an emoviolence / hardcore punk band*
hi, i am a musician who moved to berlin a couple years ago, in my mid 20s, and have plenty of experience being a vocalist of different hardcore bands, from metalcore, melodic hardcore, to heavy hardcore. i am looking to find musicians who have a similar passion for a bit of the more emotional side to hardcore and emoviolence/screamo, similar to bands you could find on the 'miss the stars fest' lineup. i take influence from emoviolence bands like beau navire, raein, suis la lune, the saddest landscape, state faults, but i also am a fan of hardcore, and take influence from bands like portayal of guilt, soul glo, gulch, vein, even converge and touche amore. if making music similar to any of these bands sounds like something you would be interested in, send me a message and we can talk about what seems possible, especially now that the music industry doesn't exist right now because of corona. i have some solo stuff that i played every instrument for, and can send you if you'd like. i plan on taking music very seriously and hope to continue playing shows and touring when possible again, but i also don't mind just making friends with similar musical interests as me, so no matter what your intentions are, feel free to reach out.

Hi.
New heavy groove metal project are looking for a singer (we are in mid thirties). Songs are in low tuning (drop A). We just need solid screamer who can unleash hell on stage to start giging asap. If you sing and/or rap - we can also find place for that but we focus on heaviness
in the first place. You'll find early demos (now we play them a lot better:D) of few songs under the link. We have 8 songs to work on. Rehearsals in Rockhaus 1-2 times per week. Hope to hear from you very soon! Cheers!

Dirty Mops has been and wanna be in the future a dynamic trio, with several influences (Garage, Proto-Surf, Proto-Punk) and its own original music. For the moment we are searching for the perfect matching bassist. In order not to waste time and effort, we are writing this very specific ad.
So, in order to be happy playing with us you should:
love surf
enjoying playing in a trio (Some guests in some songs they can be welcome too)
love and own 4 string bass with single coils. (P-Basses, Danelectros or other offsets are especially welcome)
enjoying playing with a pick. (Some songs or song parts could sound well with fingers too, but not more 5% of the material)
be a great groover
be steady, consistent and dynamic in playing

(tl;dr - emoviolence, hardcore-punk, 90s emo/post-hardcore)
anvisierte richtung: screamo/emoviolence ala orchid, ampere, battle of wolf 359, reversal of man und der ganze ebullition-/gravity-records-schmonz – klingt ja eh alles gleich.

Hi there,
I’m looking for musicians in Berlin to jam and cover songs with. I mostly sing Pop, Rock and Soul, Jazz. Would also love to write songs together or start a band.
Feel free to contact me!
Our Nu Metal band searches for a vocalist. We’re looking for someone with a strong scream or growl.
Our influences range from Limp Bizkit to Soulfly
If interested, please contact the given email.
Hope to see you soon and have a nice day!
(Schlagzeug) Backing vocal
Bass Keyboard/ Piano (gern Sound Liebhaber)
Ich mache main vocals und Piano.
Musik-Richtung:
Joy Denalane / CRO / Freundeskreis / Mr. Gentleman / Fanta 4
Alicia Keys / Sade / Eva Cassidy / Bill Withers
Madness / Ben Folds5 / Jackson5
Roxette / Lake / Bob Marley
Deine Freunde u.a.
Auftritte: Ich möchte sehr gern Auftritte/ Konzerte machen!!!

Hey!
My name is Laura and I am 19 years old.
Due to studying vocals at BIMM, I will move to Berlin at the beginning of September.
I mostly sing Pop, Rock and Soul. Some of my favorite vocalists are Brendon Urie from Panic! At the Disco, Hayley Williams from Paramore, Ariana Grande, Aretha Franklin, Kelly Clarkson…
I’m looking for other fellow musicians to jam and cover songs for YouTube and Instagram. If there’s a connection, we could even write songs together or form a band.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Greetings,
Laura
