Is there a single vocalist in this damn city who actually wants to and can sing death metal?
Or is it all just loudmouths who talk big, but when it’s time to act… it’s like smacking a pussy with a limp hand.

I am looking to form or join a band in the role of a guitarist (rhythm or lead, depending on the situation).
I have previous experience playing in bands outside of Berlin, I've played in studios, and I know my gear well. I can sing if I try hard enough, and I can do backing vocals. I could do Frusciante-style falsetto backing vocals. I can play pretty much anything, as long as it doesn't require me to be at a virtuoso level for that specific technique.

We are two acoustic guitarists and a singer. We play, arrange, and improvise on songs by singer songwriters, as well as rock, progressive, and pop pieces. Our idea is to collaborate with other musicians and arrange or create medleys of songs we love.
We’re now looking to include a musician who can play a wind or string instrument, so we can add new textures and colors to the music we enjoy performing.

An experienced vocalist searching for musicians in order to establish a new band.
Musically it must be Symphonic Black Metal, quite close to what I've described in the title: "Nightwish meets Dimmu Borgir and Septicflesh".
My vocals (very powerful lyric dramatic soprano) can cover styles similar to Nightwish, Within Temptation and Arch Enemy.
The main goal is, however, to use more of my classical voice than "growling", since most of my experience come from the classical style.
It would be optimal if musicians had a good understanding for composing (and not only playing). There are musical "drafts" and even a couple of almost finished tracks (without vocals so far).
Few lines about myself: living in Germany (Berlin) since 11 years, had 3 touring bands back in the past (in Russia), 5 albums (...) Mehr anzeigen
Musikalischer Werdegang:
Hello there. My vocal range varies from classical voice to growling: with the other words, from Tarja Turunen (ex-Nightwish) or Simone Simmons (Epica) to Angela Gossow (ex-Arch Enemy).
Official discography: 5 albums.
Some of you might now me as Natalia Die Hexe, published concert photographer who often works with Behemoth (and other bands of course too).
Last 16 years I live and work in Germany, Berlin, and I would like to get back to the musical roots.
I am interested in Symphonic black metal / death genre / genres.
Something alike Nightwish meets Septicflesh.
I have some musical ideas, some ready to be developed melodies.
Interested to create some music or to book me for a photoshoot? Drop me a message.

Hello, I am looking for good and ambicious musicians for a crazy, virtous, heavy and mindboggling band.
Style of music may be a wild mix of metal (traditional, thrash, death, prog)/pop (catchy, beautiful, cheesy, 80's synths).

Lets create something new and exciting!

Do you have stage fright? Good news. You can overcome it.
Maybe you write great songs. Maybe you practice for hours.
But when it is time to perform, your voice shakes, your heart races, and something holds you back.
You know you have more inside you, but fear blocks you.
I am a music and meditation coach with 20+ years of experience. I teach singing, performance, instruments, recording, and music career development. I can help you understand why stage fright happens and how to dissolve the anxiety, the negative self talk, and the tension that stops you from performing at your real level.
You can feel calm and confident on stage. You can enjoy performing again.
Send me a message and let me help you perform with freedom and real presence.

We (keys, guitar, drums) are looking for a bassist. We've been getting together regularly since the summer and enjoy the creative process of developing songs that we record and want to perform live. In the attachment, you can hear song sketches with jams from our first rehearsals. Genre is always a tricky thing, and it's actually secondary. It just has to fit. These are the names that came up more often during the last rehearsals, for example: Kamaal Williams, Madlib, Kiefer, Mac de Marco,

Hey I am Nils and I am searching for a violin player, because I want to submit to an art project related to Fluxus. For the proposal, I need a 3 minute improvisation on the violin. It can be chaotic and should have a classical focus (more infos will follow). I can't provide money directly. But the prize for the hundred best submissions will get 100€, so you will get 50€, if my project will be selected. (If my proposal will come to the top 10 finals and gets funded, you will get more)
If you are interested, write me!

Hi! I'm a guitar player, 29 y/o, looking for a band. I used to play in a band back in university but have lost most of my skill since then. Right now I'm learning again and looking for a band. I'm not looking for highly skilled players - I'm looking for people to connect with.
I like rock and alternative, but I'm open to all kinds of music. I'd love to play, write songs together, and just have a good time. I'm open to learning and trying new things, like synth or backing vocals.
You can write here or on Instagram @jjekanik, even if you’re just a solo player.
Hi all,
I'm Harm, a drummer and audio engineer, and I'm new to Berlin. I'm looking to connect with musicians, artists and studio engineers to create music together. I would love to jam, write or record, and I'm a big fan of music with an alternative sound. Alt-pop, alt-rock, folk/country with a twist, freaky electronic music, you name it. I currently play in a heavy psychedelic band and would like to expand my horizon! We can connect here, or on Instagram (@theharmiverse), I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers and hope to talk soon!

Hi everyone!
We are a Latin Jazz trio with keys, congas, and double bass, and we are looking for a brass player to join our groove!
Our vibe blends Latin rhythms with rich jazz harmonies, exploring classics and fresh arrangements with a strong rhythmic foundation. We rehearse weekly in the Pankow area and are currently building our setlist, which includes for now:

We would especially love to connect with female musicians, as we are passionate about promoting and supporting women in the Berlin jazz scene.
If you love Latin jazz energy, improvisation, and creative collaboration, we would love to jam with you!
👉 Send me a message if this sounds like your vibe — we’d be happy to meet and play together!
