Band is looking Guitarist and drummer looking for a singer and a guitarist for a rock band in Berlin. We have no preferences when it comes to gender, the only thing is that we’d like to work with someone who wants to commit and it’s in their 20s or early 30s. No ego, racist, homophobic or any other negative shit please. The vibe roams around bands such as Queens Of The Stone Age, Turnstile, Royal Blood, Biffy Clyro to name a few. We have around 30 demos plus circa 15 songs fully done (6 of which have vocal lines and lyrics). We’re happy to work with someone who writes vocal lines and lyrics but if you’re not ready or don’t necessarily want to do that – it’s fine, we can help with that or do it on our own. Non è un progetto “rock” classico e non è basato su assoli o virtuosismi, ma sul peso emotivo del brano, sulla lentezza e stratificazione del suono con effetti specifici creati ad hoc. 🎧 Tipologia di SUONO: (dark, rituale, denso, psichedelico) 🥁 Chi cerco (in ordine di priorità) - Batterista: capace di suonare lento, attento alla dinamica, alla tensione di ogni singola battuta, più groove e respiro che tecnica. Che abbia nel repertorio stilistico pattern ripetitivi e minimalismo - Chitarrista (opzionale): NON una “prima donna”, niente assoli inutili * ruolo: arricchire i brani, creare layer, feedback, texture - Tastierista / synth (possibile alternativa alla chitarra) * interessato a drone, ambient, atmosfere psichedeliche, suoni scuri, organici 🧠 Approccio al progetto musica strumentale con brani mediamente lunghi, lenti, ipnotici, poche note scelte con intenzione importanza di vuoti musicali (il silenzio conta quanto il suono), silenzi e ripetizione, suono scuro, denso, in una sorta di “trance” piu' che la solita struttura "strofa/ritornello" 👤 Livello ed aspettative: non cerco professionisti, non lo sono neanche io, cerco persone appassionate, che abbiano una sorta di urgenza espressiva e comunicativa * obiettivo: creare musica insieme, senza pressioni commerciali o di stage Il feeling per sala prove, registrazioni e direzione del progetto si costruiscono step by step, con calma. La risultante musicale per me dovra' essere che chi ascolta non dovra' pensare "che musica e' ?" ma piuttosto chiedersi "che sensazione mi ha lasciato addosso?” # Conosco le difficolta' organizzative di una citta' come Berlino da ormai 13 anni e sono passato gia' da mille jam per cui vorrei che rispondessero solo coloro che si rivedono nei suoni e nell' esigenza di creazione musicale. Location: 10178 Berlin Rubrik: Schlagzeuger sucht Band Genre: Rock, Metal, Hip Hop/Rap, Jazz, Funk Anspruch: Hobby, Nebenprojekt Skill: Erfahren Ich bin 37 und habe lange Jazz und Fusion, seltener Stoner und (Progressive) Rock gespielt; auch ein Theaterstück war mal dabei. Mit Ersterem habe ich während des Studiums sogar länger Geld verdient, allerdings eher nicht, weil ich semiprofessionell spielen würde, sondern weil die Leute für Fahrstuhlmusik gezahlt haben. Sticks hatte ich zum letzten Mal vor gut drei Jahren in der Hand. Erst einmal wird also alles eingerostet sein, aber ich weiß hoffentlich schon noch, wie man spielt ... Ruhigeren Settings war ich lange überdrüssig, würde aber eine Jazz-Combo nicht von vorneherein ausschließen.
