I'm looking for someone to share my tiny but fully equipped studio in a nice part of Charlottenburg. I'm only there a couple of days a week, so it’s empty most of the time.
The studio:
- Very small — less than 8 m².
- Really low ceiling (I'm 1.80 m and can just about stand upright; if you're taller, you won't be able to).
- Accessible 24/7.
- Has its own private toilet, only used by me and another guy who has a separate room in the same basement but is hardly ever around.
- Very cheap rent. The price you’d pay depends on how often you plan to use it, but it'll be under €100/month.
- Great location: 3 minutes’ walk from U-Bahnhof Richard-Wagner-Platz, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafés.
- Fully equipped: monitors, sound interface, guitars, basses, electronic drum kit, a few synths, an electric piano with weighted keys, a couple of guitar amps, and some pedals.
- Moderately humid (more so in summer than in winter), but never to the point where it’s a real problem. It stays fairly mild all year, and there’s a fan that can also heat, plus a dehumidifier.
You:
- Single musician, or possibly a duo if you’re not too big (I mean physically, not your album sales). Perfect if you want to practice your instrument without annoying your neighbours.
- No party people. No afterparties, no before parties, no parties parties, no gatherings, no drugs, no getting pissed in there. Do all that — just not in this place.
- Ideally you wouldn’t need to bring lots of extra equipment. There’s still space for some rack synths/effects, some small gear like a drum machine, maybe a guitar — but that’s it.
- You must have valid Haftpflichtversicherung. My equipment and the room are insured (you can see the documents), but I also want proof you’re covered in case you accidentally smash the guitar my great-grandfather gave me on his deathbed.
- You’ll need to pay one month’s rent plus a one month deposit — I’ll provide a receipt for this. But please note I’m not in a position to give monthly receipts or offer an official contract.

We (20s, 30s) play punk rock covers of pop songs. We have an experienced singer and less experienced guitarist and bassist, who do (mostly) play tight. We're now looking for a drummer to complete our line up to take our band to the next level (whatever that might mean...). We rehearse up to two times a month at noisy rooms, so we'd be the ideal match for someone who doesn't have the time for a more full time band or someone who might want to have an additional fun low-stakes project on the side.

Briefly about us, we've been playing since 2020, have 2 eps out, the 1st album is composed and should be released very soon, once we'll have a drummer. We play live as much as we can, and went on tour across Europe for two weeks last November. Originally we were playing heavy hardcore, now for the new songs we're removing most of the hardcore influences to head towards something heavier and more brutal, more influenced by death, slam, and sludge, still with lots of heavy moshparts (I can send some preprods in case you'd like to see how it sounds like).

I have played and released music for a long time in different bands. I'm just about to release the first EP of a new project called "Blick" and plan to play live soon. We are now a 4 piece band but still need a bass player.
The music is a kind of melancholic dreampop/postpunk/shoegaze/new wave. With inspiration from bands like Men I Trust, Joy Division, Big Thief, grouper, The Strokes, Nick Cave.

Band is looking
Looking for a lead guitarist (F would be great, but not a requirement) to complete our band (currently vocals, guitar, bass, drums).
We are in our 30s and 40s and we play a combination of a variety of Rock-genres, a bit Alternative, a bit Post-Punk, a bit Shoegaze, it's hard to define. But all our songs are catchy, modern and have great hooks – it's very good stuff. We rehearse once a week in our rehearsal room.
You don't need to be a super-fast solo player (we're not playing music that has such solos anyway), but you should be decently good with your instrument, have your own equipment, be able to create a diversity of sounds and also want to contribute creatively on new songs.
