I've recently come back to playing drums after an absence of 10+ years... I would like to play with a band who is equally practicing their instruments, something relaxing and low pressure. jsphwllng(at)gmail.com :)
I’m a jazz bassist with 20+ years on fretless and 10 on upright, living about an hour from Berlin. I play strictly jazz/fusion—upright or fretless—and my influences span Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, John Coltrane, Wayne Shorter, Bill Evans, Allan Holdsworth, Tribal Tech, and more. I’m looking for a band to rehearse and perform with. Ideally, a sax/drums/bass trio, but I’m also open to a piano trio or a quartet. I prefer a sax trio, as I like the harmonic space for the saxophone to shine without interference. I’m a software engineer by day, and I’m flexible with availability.
Band is looking Hi, we are Devoid of Beauty - metalcore/hxc band based in Berlin - Lorenzo on guitar and Matteo on vocals. We’re currently looking for a drummer to join us for live shows and to collaborate on writing new material. We already have an EP fully recorded, mixed, and mastered, ready for release. Before putting it out, we’re planning to shoot a music video, so whoever joins would be part of that as well. Our main influences include Poison the Well, Boundaries, Converge, and Knocked Loose, among others. In the Drive folder below you’ll find a few demo tracks as well as drumless versions if you want to try playing along. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bHH59GmjoCZSV7CukDSFyikuCEXjn1T_ If you’re interested and would like to talk more, send a DM to @devoidofbeauty on Instagram or email us at devoidofbeautyde@gmail.com . If possible, record a video of yourself playing along with one of the drumless tracks (a phone recording is completely fine). Nothing fancy, we just want to see how you approach the songs.
Band is looking hey, so i'm doing this kinda indie/alternative, very 80's/90's -thing and would love some company.. here's my links: https://linktr.ee/klaustrophobert right now it's mostly drum machines, samples, lots of fx-gadgets... in a perfect world i'm looking for bass and or someone who wants to twist knobs, play some synth and sing harmonies :) so yeah, don't overthink it, hit me up, i'm happy to talk, tell you more and take it from there ;) ( @klaustrophobert in insta )
Guitarist/composer (45, speaks EN/DE) looking for a bassist (or a guitarist happy to play bass) to explore original riff-based material. I previously worked in a trio project and would like to rebuild the core again, starting with relaxed guitar and bass sessions where we can develop arrangements and ideas together before bringing in drums. The music sits somewhere between Black Sabbath and Immortal, with a touch of John Carpenter. Instrumental, doom-ish, riff-driven, with space for atmosphere. I already have over 20 minutes of songs and demos to work from, but the goal is to shape the music together. The idea is to build something without rush, but with a clear direction: develop the material, record and eventually play live (small venues, nothing overly ambitious). If you enjoy heavy riffs, atmosphere, and collaborative songwriting, let’s meet and see what happens. Cheers! D.

Stil - Pop / Jazzy / Musical / Gospel / Soulful!!! Adele meets Frank Sinatra meets Udo Jürgens meets Les Mis meets Elvis meets Aretha meets Red Hot Chilly Peppers uvm. =) Bin selbst semi-pro, Gesangsausbildung gehabt, Musical Theater etc. Möchte auf Auftritte hinarbeiten, also sollte Lust aufzutreten vorhanden sein. =)
MusikerIn sucht To all musicians out there: I'm on the search for like-minded musicians either for my own project and/or to join an existing band. My own project is called Another Warm Autumn, you can check it out on Spotify and on Instagram. For this I want to form a band consisting of three other people - Someone on drums, bass and synths. Joining another band I'd be able to contribute mainly on guitar. I'm not a technically advanced solo player, but a more rhythm oriented textural player. I'd be open for many genres, be it Pop, Soul, Funk, jazz- or electronica-driven music. I have not studied something jazz-related, nor music in general at a conservatory for music. I am self-taught, but I also attented a Musik-Gymnasium and did a Musik-Abitur. My aspiration is a professional one, though I might not be professional in a classical sense. Music was and always will be the biggest part of my identity and I'd love to connect with other people through music. Because that can really be one of the most beautiful experiences in life if you find people you get along well with. So hit me up for either case - if you want to join my project or if you have one of your own and you'd like to meet and get to know each other! Bibi (31y/o, queer/trans, she/her, English/German/Romanian)

Band is looking For our metal project Our sound is somewhere between modern progressive "djenty" stuff and more experimental/atmospheric/gritty/noisy/shoegazey stuff. Downtuned guitars, big soundscapes, angry riffs, uplifting/melancholic melodies and a dose of hardcore energy. Looking for someone who enjoys beating the shit out of their drums, is comfortable with double bass and enjoys weird grooves. Blast beats or odd time signatures could also be something you could do but no worries if you're not a jazz nerd its totally cool. Artists we find inspiring: Meshuggah, Merzbow, Karmanjakah, After the burial, Archspire, Story of Hope (amazing japanese band check em out), Dying Wish, Burial, JPEGMAFIA If this sounds interesting to you hit us up at batisband@proton.me We also speak German Thanks for taking the time to read :)

Hey everyone! not sure if this site is aimed at Berlin only, but I am located in Grafenwoehr, so hopefully not! :) My name is Eli, I am a seasoned singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. I am a tenor with a gritty voice influenced by Chris Cornell, D. Coverdale, Dio. I played in various bands from acoustic duets to prog metal playing covers, but mostly writing, recording, and performing originals. Here is my channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2rl0LXaDq25aWDzav9Joyg I am interested in collaborating with bands, artists and musicians as a singer-songwriter, arranger or producer. Hit me up and let's rock n rawl! Cheers! Eli

I do some covers in the vein of Bonnie Price Billy, Smog, Papa M, Dax Riggs, Dope Lemon, and on the electric guitar: Curtis Mayfield, Al Green, funk and soul etc. If you play an instrument that's a plus but your voice is an instrument so... Looking foward to meeting you and let's see if we can make interesting music. I have plenty of original music as well. Cheers tosi kiva kiitos...
MusikerIn sucht Hi, I'm a guitarist (m, 30) looking for loose jamming as a basis upon which one can build up something without any hurry. I want to find out what I like, which is a constant progress in my opinion. I don't have a lot of experience but would consider myself a intermediate player.. so you're welcome, whatever instrument you play :) I listened to a lot of prog metal (and other stuff) in my life but right now I prefer more jazzy stuff like Alfa Mist and Ezra Collective.

mukkenBand sucht Musiker35-54 Gitarrist Erfahren Über mich: Ich spiele Gitarre seit 1989.
Band is looking Hi! There are a lot of guitarists around, so I’ll try to be as specific as possible. I’m looking for a guitarist to join my solo project band, playing my original music. I write the songs and perform vocals + keys. At the moment we’re a really fun trio with drums and percussion, but obviously missing some harmonic instruments. Our dream guitarist enjoys playing with pedals, can be sensitive and atmospheric, and is open to exploring textures and sound. No wild metal/rock guitar, think more along the lines of Muse, Radiohead, or Pink Floyd. We’re planing to start playing gigs in the spring, so ideally you’d be able to jump in fairly easily. We’re all 30+, with day jobs in music, arts, and education, but very dedicated to the project and love working on it together. Rehearsals are usually on Saturdays in Neukölln or Charlottenburg. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out and send something you’ve worked on in the past. We’d love to meet you! (Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch gehen auch!) Band is looking We—Sokomb—are looking for a drummer. We have already released our EP, and our album “Reality Dimension." We have already played several gigs and more are coming up and in the planning stages. Feel free to get in touch if we have sparked your interest!
English below! Also bis denn! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are three dudes who love death metal. Roughly 90s death metal, but with different influences that give the whole thing more nuances. Sound-wise, there are many layers of guitar sounds, very distinctive and always with a hint of the Swedish sound (HM-02). However, as we want to finish writing our songs with a drummer, we need you to join the band. Songs on request. We have a concept, but unfortunately no band name yet. And we want to get on stage and release songs. So see you soon!
