Band is looking Hey we are looking for a drummer. We do music with German lyrics, so far somewhere between Faber, MeyKantereit, but there is still plenty room for new influence. Line-up so far: male singer, piano/accordion, bass/contrabass. The bassist did HipHop in the past, listens to Primus/RHCP etc, the singer sang in many RockCoverbands and the pianist plays normally jazz standards. Hey, I play guitar (electric and acoustic, mostly fingerstyle) and dabble in home recording. I’d like to meet other musicians/singers to jam and write with. I am 31y currently looking to make something dancy/funky/techno. I play the bass and am quite into bands like Tower of Power, Vulfpeck, Jungle, Parcels, and Marvin Gaye. This is the current situation: Our drummer Rouven is travelling until February 2023. However, we've got a couple new songs we want to work on until he comes back (to be recorded next year). Also, we've already recorded a new song that is scheduled for a split-release with another band that still needs vocals. And we'd like to resume playing concerts as soon as possible in 2023. Band activity will remain relatively subtle until next year, but there are a couple of things to keep us and a potential new vocalist busy. Further information: - we're looking for emotional, rough vocals outside of high-pitched screaming - we've got a nice, big practice room in Lichtenberg and usually practice once a week, on Friday or Saturday - we're in our 40s.
