Keith Petty currently plays drums in two bands in Berlin: Damn! You Look Good and fragFrank! He has been playing music since the age of six. Over the years he played piano, saxophone, sang choir, and even guitar. It wasn't until studying with the best at the Indiana University School of Music that he developed his love for playing drums.
He has played in indie-rock bands inspired by the White Stripes, Modest Mouse, and Sleater-Kinney. Later he played in an alternative rock bands, playing gigs in Washington, DC, with a style inspired by Fugazi, Soundgarden, Primus, and Built to Spill. Later he supported a singer-songwriter, and played melodic jams reminiscent of Elvis Costello, Coldplay, and the New Pornographers.
His work has been described as intuitive and creative. He can comfortably transition from a variety of styles, including rock, alternative, blues, punk, country, or something completely radical and new.
Keith has all of his own gear (Yamaha Tour Custom kit, Yahama hardware, Zildjian cymbals), and is always looking forward to a new project!

Influences range from anywhere in Alternative rock to Heavy Metal. I enjoy listening to bands like Incubus, Lifehouse, Switchfoot to bands like Cannibal Corpse and Whitechapel. I also like Pop-punk bands like Blink182 and Green day. I have an interest in Christian and Gospel music too. Hillsong and Planetshakers to name a few.
Hey! My name is Sofia, I just moved to Berlin and I'm a singer/musician/songwriter from Portugal.
I do my own music but I love playing in a band live much more than by myself so I'm looking for any musicians that would like to be in a band - a guitarist, bassist and drummer would be good to start but if you play other instruments we can try it as well. We can play my songs or write new ones, whatever you prefer, I would of course love to create our own sound and identity as a band.
Music style would fall into indie rock, alternative, dreamy, grunge, garage band style. Some influences would be The Sundays, The Marias, The smiths, The doors, Radiohead, Big Thief. My voice is very soft, melodic, "ghosty", dreamy and soprano, if you like soft female voices mixed with heavy rock/indie then this could be our vibe :)
I would like to rehearse at least once a week but we can of course be flexible according to everyone's availability.

Die Rhythmus-Sektion: Wir finden uns als Bass & Drums gerade frisch zusammen. Wir bringen aber beide reichlich Live- und Studio-Erfahrung aus anderen Projekten mit und wissen, worauf es ankommt.
Songmaterial: Wir haben schon ein paar fertige Songs am Start und weitere in Arbeit. Die Texte sind auf Englisch.
Proberaum: Ein fester Raum im ORWO Haus ist vorhanden – wir können also direkt loslegen.
Unsere Ziele:
Wir wollen live spielen, unsere Songs recorden und dabei vor allem Spaß haben.

Hi, wir suchen eine Person für den Bass, falls möglich auch mit Gesangsskills zur Unterstützung oder auch gern mal Solo, falls du Lust darauf hast.
Musikalisch bewegen wir uns zwischen Stoner, Grunge und Psychedelic. Wir sind weder Anfänger noch Profis, alle in den 40ern und spielen nur eigene Songs. Einige Hörproben findet Ihr hier:
