mukkenBand sucht Musiker18-24 Band Menschenmassen tanzen – die Instrumente glänzen im Scheinwerferlicht – die Bühne bebt mit dem Sound einer Bigband und der Performance einer echten Rock’n’Roll Band. Das ist und schafft Duke Brass. Seit 2015 bilden die fünf Bläser und ein Schlagzeuger eine Band. Angefangen hat es an der Musikschule im Blasorchester. Ursprünglich aus der klassischen Musik kommend sind sie nun in den Genres Pop, Rock, Jazz und EDM zuhause. Mit ihrer verrückt lässigen Art stehen die 6 Freunde auf der Bühne, zeigen was sie draufhaben und leben ihre Leidenschaft voll aus. In ihrem Konzertprogramm findet man viele Cover von allem was gerade in den Charts läuft und auf den Sommer-Festivals dieser Welt zu hören ist und kracht. Mehr und mehr spielen die Jungs aber auch eigene Musik. Jetzt könnte man sagen: „Covern kann heutzutage ja jeder!“, aber niemand tut es auf diese Art und Weise wie diese Band es macht. So haben sie ihren eigenen Stil kreiert, indem softe Sounds, technisch versierte Basslines und auch aggressive Klänge ihren Platz finden. Für jeden ist also etwas dabei, und mit dieser Liebe zur Musik und der Leidenschaft zu ihren Instrumenten, haben sie es geschafft, Blasmusik wieder partykonform zu machen! Die Jungs haben mehrfach für den Bundespräsidenten gespielt, waren live im Fernsehen zu sehen und waren beim Berliner Presseball zu Gast. Außerdem spielt Duke Brass regelmäßig auf Studentenpartys, Abibällen und auf Festivals.

Hi, we are looking for an ambitious, open-minded, and experienced singer between 30-50 years. Rehearsals on Tuesday evening (18-21h) in Prenzlauer Berg. Hello fellow musicians! I am a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, bass, saxophone) looking for other people to make music/experiment together. I listen to and am inspired by very different styles of music from classical music, jazz, blues to metal. A few bands/artists that I really like are (in no particular order) Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Jeff Beck, Jethro Tull, The Aristocrats, Cynic, Gojira, Dream Theater, Mono, Paul Desmond, Miles Davis, Sergei Prokofiev, Sergei Rachmaninoff... I don't have any particular plan where this collaboration should develop, for now what I want to do is play music with other people and have fun together. mukkenIch mache schon mein ganzes Leben Musik. Klavier spiele ich seit dem ich 6 bin und Schlagzeug habe ich mit 12 angefangen. Ich hab viel in Bands und Orchestern gespielt aber auch in kleineren Ensembles Bühnenerfahrung gesammelt. Aktuell studiere ich an der UdK Berlin Musik auf Lehramt.
Wenn heute laut einer Studie nur eine von fünf Frauen über ihre Menstruation spricht, ist das Frauen*blut noch immer ein Tabuthema. Kann der Umgang mit Frauen*blut ein Beispiel darstellen für gesellschaftliche Einschreibungsprozesse? Wie sind Körperbilder durch den gesellschaftlichen Umgang mit der Menstruation geprägt. Wie kann somatische Bewegungsforschung zu diesem Thema die Beziehung zu den eigenen Geschlechtsorganen und zur Menstruation verändern? Als Tänzer*in, Choreographin und somatische Bewegungspädagogin forsche ich zu dem Zusammenhang zwischen Körperbildern und dem Menstruationstabu. Diese Fragen erforsche ich in Bewegung und suche dazu eine interessierte Musiker*in, die Interesse an dieser Forschung hat und an einem künstlerischen Austausch zwischen Musik und Bewegung/Tanz interessiert ist.

mukkenBand sucht MusikerSektSpätStück wirkt wie viel später Sekt am Stück für Ohr und Seele. Als “frech, aber alles andere als unsympathisch” beschrieb uns die Thüringer Allgemeine im Juni 2021. In unseren Studio-Aufnahmen sticken wir aus Wortspielen gewebte Texte in einen indie-poppigen Klangteppich. Live verwandeln wir unsere Lieder in akustische Arrangements, die wir mit Ukulele, Gitarre und Kontrabass begleitet mitreißend darbieten. Auf auffällig viel Rückmeldung stoßen dabei unsere Stimmen. Zuschauende sind davon nach unseren Konzerten immer wieder so berührt, dass sie händeringend nach Vergleichen für das eben Erlebte suchen. “June klingt so,wie wenn Nina Hagen, Marla Glen, Björk, Diamanda Galás und Judith Holofernes zusammen eine Tochter bekommen hätten.” Für Tim wurden dabei Größen wie Marius Müller Westernhagen, Rio Reiser und AnnenMayKantereit herangezogen. Sinahi hat ihre Stimme noch nicht live mit uns erklingen lassen. Die Proben lassen aber sehr schönes vermuten. Tim ist seit acht Jahren Berufsmusiker und bereits mit anderen Bands wie einsneunzig, Eva Niedermeier und Bazuka fest in der hessischen Indie-Pop-Szene verankert. Von abgesagten Festival-Gigs im ersten Corona-Sommer ließ er sich nicht beirren, sondern nutzte den Lockdown, um auch in Berlin, mit seiner Mitbewohnerin June Musik zu machen. SektSpätStück war geboren. June war vor Corona als Aktivistin für Workshops und Demonstrationen in ganz Deutschland unterwegs. Um den Auftritts- und Recording-Angeboten SektSpätStücks im Sommer 2021 gerecht werden zu können, kündigte sie ihren Job als Teamleitung bei Aktion gegen den Hunger. SektSpätStück ist seitdem noch öfter auf den Straßen und Bühnen dieses Landes zu sehen. Zwar sind die dadurch erspielten Mittel begrenzt, beim Potential von SektSpätStück sieht es dabei zum Glück ganz anders aus. Sinnbildlich dafür steht die Theater-Live-Session, die mit Sarah Lehnert (Y-Kollektiv, Spiegel, taz, n24, Die Zeit) und Nils Borzym (Footprint Project) zusammen am 15. Juli 2021 auf Youtube als Musikvideo von unserem zweiten Lied, dem "Krieg-Song" erschien. Sinahi ist seit zwei Monaten mit ihrem Kontrabass Teil der Band und hebt mit ihren Basslines die Lieder von SektSpätStück noch einmal auf ein ganz neues Niveau. Sie war vorher bereits mit einem profesionellen Orchester in der ganzen Welt auf Tournee und macht gerade eine musikpädagogische Ausbildung. Außerdem hat sie noch ein zweites, sehr verträumt-kuscheliges Musikprojekt, das bald seine erste EP veröffentlicht. Nicht nur musikalisch, sondern auch menschlich passt es sehr gut zwischen uns drei. Proben und gemeinsame Aufnahmen im Studio sind für uns etwas, was wir regelmäßig und sehr gerne machen und auch noch durch das ein oder andere Getränk und Gespräch verlängern.

Hiya music lover. I am looking to start an amateur orchestra and musical community group in Berlin. It will be open to… All abilities / All instruments / All ages / All walks of life. If you’re interested, then read on... Berlin’s music scene is brilliant but if you’re not in a band, a DJ, or a classically-trained musician playing at the Philharmonie then you can feel a bit left out. I believe a modern orchestra can be made up of anyone. I believe a modern orchestra should play both Vivaldi and Bach as well as music by female, Black and other underrepresented composers from across the centuries. All I have is an idea. I am hoping you would love to join me in finding new members and a (free or cheap) rehearsal space where we can meet, socialise, and practice. And hopefully, if we’re comfortable enough, play a concert to an audience one day. If something similar to what I have described already exists (and it might do!), then please let me know. MusikerIn sucht hi! i want to start an original band with an eye toward performing all the time. looking for someone who composes on any instrument and am open to any style as long as it's distinctive! i am a lyricist and singer who writes her own vocal lines and harmonies. the themes are dark as is my aesthetic. i love performing more than anything; on stage i like to howl and throw fits. i vaguely know my way around a piano and have studied very basic music theory but i don’t play an instrument. your instrument doesn’t matter to me as long as you have your own sound and ideas. the more you know/understand yourself as a musician the better. i want to combine my powers with the powers of somebody else powerful. i am a pleasant and flexible collaborator, despite my strong ideas. my vocals are heavily influenced by grunge and baroque chorale i guess. huge fan of radiohead, and i idolize lingua ignota. my favorite sounds are sludgey and womblike. i would love to create with someone who has an author and punisher kind of vibe, but again i am totally open. i will know what i want when i hear it. fully committed to this project, making art is my life so no weekenders please. i’m bringing a lot to the table, please do same. my preferred way to work is to write lyrics and vocal melody over a pre-composed piece. ideally we will spend a few months developing material, rehearse like madmen for a while, then start booking gigs. a lot. wherever we can. if you are experienced in the business side of being in a working band and/or good with production [i’m extremely novice] i am extra interested in hearing from you.
